*Troy snaps his fingers and and ball fades away, he then leaves.*

"Suddenly, Holst gets up, his pupils completely white"

It should be easy, seeing as we can already do it ouselves. My power is basically thinking cold thoughts. Think of the air around you as cold, and it starts to get cold. Then imagine sending the cold in a direction.
