I'm gonna start a section to make profiles for the various characters who use in this roleplay and let me begin.
We had this argument in OP vs DBZ, I finally agreed Logia's while intangible can be completely destroyed no logia has ever regenerated from complete destruction.
Anyway Superman can pretty much win numerous ways. For one he can use arctic breath to freeze them all minus Aokiji. He can also simply use heat-vision to simply destroy them.

He'd have to regulate the heat visions waves to that of Kizaru's light body for one.
He couldn't just disperse Smoker with that.
And freezing them wouldn't work. Aokiji would just unfreeze them. This is vs the entire universe, so teamwork is allowed.

Wait in DBZ you say logia's can be destroyed if their completly destroyed by a ki beam?
Superman can use heat beams to disintegrate, burn, write, start fires, concussive, or just like explosive energy.
Also Superman has speed he can use heat-vision and arctic breath at the same time so he can destroy Aokiji while at the same time using arctic breath to freeze everyone else.

hmm...okay granted.
However, the problem still stands with Kizaru.
Superman needs to match the frequency, or it's useless...unless he acts fast enough, he can't

Logia Transformations are not automatic though, some have learned to do so by instinct like Crocodile correct?
Well Superman again has speed advantage if he moves fast enough he can simply tear them apart before they can go intangible can they not?
Also are you stating arctic breath won't work on Kizaru? Also Superman can form concussive heat blasts so I'm sure he can use those to blast Kizaru into some water or create ice via freezing then melt it to form a large amount of water.
