Personality: Iliria is the leader of the Neyaphem, and as a result is evil by nature. She loves to seduce men and tempt them into what their respect beliefs consider sin. She isn't above doing the same to women. She considers all humans bellow her, and as such views it as perfectly legitimate to manipulate and use them to fit her own needs and desires. She considers herself all powerful.
She seems to have a soft spot for Milo, and is willing to torture Marie and even go after Sandra the phoenix just to get him by her side

Skills: She's a master manipulator, able to bend people to her will easily. But perhaps her most dangerous and natural talent is torture. She delights in torturing her opponents, causing them mental pain, and making them see what they most fear and do what they most hate.

Powers:
As the leader of the Neyaphem, she possessed several powers, mostly due to her natural mutation that has turned her into what some folklore would call a succubus or a vampire. Her powers are a combination of her father and her mother's powers.

-Life-Force Absorption: By psionically draining the life forces of other human beings into herself, by close proximity (so far it's know she requires at least eye contact). If she drained a person’s entire life force from him or her, the victim dies and the victim’s body crumbles into dust. It is known, that great expenditure of power causes Selene to age, but she can rejuvenate herself by absorbing more life force. Iliria will not age as long as she maintains her supply of absorbed life force.
--Psychic Vampire: If Iliria drains only part of a victims life force, she achieves a measure of psychic control over her victim’s mind, bending them to her will.

-Physical Enhancement: Iliria has physical strength, stamina, speed, and reaction time that are all several times greater than those of a normal woman.

-Telekinesis: She can control objects with her mind. The lmits over he powers are unknown, but she can cause objects to speed with enough force to create effects similar to bullets, and can choke people.

-Telepathy: Capable of displaying various psionic feats with the minds of others including reading and communicating with thoughts over vast distances. If the target is under her control (from the psychic vampire link) she can reach out to them wherever them may be
--Psi-Screen: possesses a psychic mental shield to protect her from psychic attacks.
--Mental Bolts: can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects but which can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness.

-Will Bending: She's able to bend the wills of others even without draining their life force, but in these instants, her control is limited only to the will. Strong enough minds can resist it

-Immortal: her aging process is greatly retarded and she can apparently regenerate injured or missing cells from even near-fatal injuries.
--Rapid Healing: ability to endure injuries (within unknown limits) without lasting harm or even feeling pain such as knife wounds.

-Teleportation: She can move instantly from one point to another, given she knows the location she's moving to.


-Shape shifting: She can completely alter her own appearance. She prefers to take on a semi human, semi demon state, but it's implied that she can take huge sizes. He true form is unknown.

-Brimstone Dimension Link: She can enter the brimstone dimension at will and send others there. Her body can survive the environment, and she can remotely open portals from large distances. Her control and senses are great enough to counter Shadow's portal usage


Also, as the leader of the Brimstone dimension, she shares the statues of an Outer God, in her case she represents Lustful Madness, and her name within the occult is Lilith, that of the demon of Mesopotamian origin, said to be the ruler of the succubi.
Iliria herself was unaware of her powers as an Outer God, until Azathoth appeared in the mortal place and her powers suddenly awakened Iliria's true nature.

Bio:
Iliria was born to Azazel, the former leader of the Brimstone dimension and father of Kurt Wagner of the X-Men, and Selene, the former Black Queen of the Hellfire Club. Since young age, she lived with her mother, and through her actions, came to see love as a futile and pointless thing. When the former Hunters attacked, she was banished to the Brimstone dimension and her father and mother were killed.
She's ventured into the human world on at least two know occasions, the conceptions of Urukiora and Henrique. Both cases, she did it out of pure boredom, and sees both her sons as nothing but weaklings.

As she started to desire to go to Earth, she started to influence Urukiora to open the portal to the brimstone dimension.
At the same time, Akatsuki came to find out after her, and decided to get her help in freeing Madara from Milo

As both groups converged on the location, she was set free. Her first action was the kill Madara for good, and give the SXM ad beating, both psychological and physical. She left after she decided she was bored. As soon as she did, she reclaimed her right as member of the Hellfire Club, and took leadership of the inner ring
After that, she became interested in Milo Ventro, attracted to his power. However, at the time, Milo was dating Marie. So she decided to torture Marie and force her to break up the relationship. However, even after, it was pointless.

She hired Avalanche in order to have an able fighting force. She ended up involved in the Sefirot mess my accident, and was quickly let off the hook
Her next appearance was right before the virus broke out. Feeling bored, she decided to mess with Yamairo, and got a contact of hers to bring forth an artificially made human that looks like Isabel, and has her memories. This backfired with Marie almost fought her to a standstill, and Jet, who was suppose to cover Harry, was defeated.

After that, she was told by Milo to help with the Hunter war. As she prepared to accept, Marie showed up with a group, demanding she free the Isabel she created from her control. This proved a turning point, as she ended up getting her plans revealed to Milo, who took Marie back and warned Iliria never to come near her again.
She fought in the Hunter war, helping defend the island. She was also the one who killed the Hunter Warp.

She next appeared during Dark Reign, when Amber came to defeat Black Heart, and out of anger used the Dragu Slave, nearly killing Iliria. Sandra protected her. During the next year or so, she remained largely uncaring for the events around her, having her fun with torturing people, such as forcing Katy to admit she killed Troy while she still loved him, or defeating Sandra and torturing her within the Brimstone.

Recently it seems she's gone off the radar, and this coincides with the appearance of Azathoth. As it turns out, her true nature as an Outer God awakened when Azathoth came to the dimension. She abandoned the Hellfire Club, and using the influencing powers of insanity she brought with her finally caused Milo to fall to her.
After Amber successfully got Milo out of her grasp (but apparently not out of his head), she abandoned the watchtower. Amber tracked her down to the island at the latitude and longitude zero, where the brimstone portal was first opened. Her goal was to open the portal and unleash the horrors of the brimstone dimension into the Earth and rule over it as it's queen
