Oh dear... Ayumi Hamasaki will work on a song for the film

This is just sad, I was hoping that aside the actress playing Mai, none else from Japan would get involved, but now Ayumi Hamasaki will make some song for the film. I love japanese music, but no way will I ever enjoy this song. Weird is that they are giving it a distribution of 60 countries, I don't think a japanese song/actress has ever had such distribution, they sure want to brainwash people worldwide.

TOKYO —

Ayumi Hamasaki, 30, will sing the theme song for Hollywood film “Dragonball Evolution” which is based on Japan’s popular manga “Dragonball” series. Hamasaki will release an original song, “Rule,” for the live-action version film which will be released in Japan on March 13. The release date for the song will be announced later.

Hamasaki will perform the song in Japanese and it will be used in every local version of the film in more than 60 countries. In an official comment, Hamasaki said, “I hope both old and new fans of ‘Dragonball’ throughout the world will enjoy the film.”

the only time i liked ayumi hamasaki was for initial D music......other than that i hate her....a lot....god can this movie make me hate it more than i hate it now?

But I think that is very depressing when you like or respect someone and that someone does most disgraceful and most disappointing thing ever...So I know how you feel Tlaloc I felt like that for Chris Sabbath, when I read that he is involved with the movie's Shenron's voice...

And not to talk about how disappointed would I be if Toriyama supports this movie(The level of that disappointment could never be described by words), but I am convinced he is shocked and pissed...I seriously hope so...

I dont hate her per se....more like her style doesnt appeal to me
very very very sorry....i typed too fast and didnt proofread at all....i dont harbor alot of hatred for her..just indifference for anything about her..

its just that sometimes in my mind it feels like she's held into too high esteem...maybe its cause her music doesnt reach to me and the fact that every time an artist(and yes I consider her still an artist, as opposed to entertainers in America) starts "multitasking" I find that its a beginning of selling out...... especially when she opens a resto just to promote an album....yea i know about that....so that means i like her enough to do a little research( or its just that my friends a big fan of her and the fact that she has music from her that she always makes me listen....maybe thats the real reason lol.... goddamn i shouldve never told her that ayumi's music from initial d was ok.....)

I was very surprised and disappointed when I found out that Chris Sabat was involved with this piece of trash. At least give HIM the role of Piccolo. He's bald and does the voice!

An' I bet that Toriyama-San hates this movie as much as we do. You just know they'll interview him on what he thinks about it, but he'll hide his true feelings, saying he likes it. In truth, he'll be thinking "You sons of bitches ruined my work. Hell hath no fury!"

I think thats one of the reasons the DBZ special was made - to make the pain of the DBLAM subside a little.
