Check the above link for tons of screen shots for the DB game. It's called Dragon Ball Tenkaichi Daibouken and judging by the graphics looking like the graphics for Budokai 3, I'd say Dimps is handling this one.
Here's the official website.

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I TOTALLY LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE
Ah long time haven't played any DB game only DBZ so I'm gonna be even more interested
Sure graphics are pretty low rez but still its perfectly fine for the level of details that needs to be shown about DB in the first place (DBZ is a bit more detailed).
Very very nice news

I love it too, though it does look identical to the graphics of Budokai. I know the graphics engine for the Wii isn't much better than the XBOX's, but I think they could do more to make the graphics significantly better. I don't really care in this case though, being that it's a side scroller. I hope it's as fun as it looks.

Re: Dragon Ball: Tenkaichi Daibouken (Wii)
This is how I would describe its visual look from those screenshots:
Models(faithfulness of the characters) - BRILLIANT! for the polycount that this engine allows
Shaders and colors - BRILLIANT!
Textures - vary from brilliant to lower rez
Anti-aliasing - HORRIBLE
Basically only if anti-aliasing would be better it would be soooo much better, but naaah it doesn't bother me, it looks so awesome, interesting and nostalgic anyways
