While it's true everyone in Huverse and Dark has shinigami eyes and writes very fast like Teru. Can he kill people with RCR he can attempt to but unless he approaches them and stabs them in the back of the spine.

Yes but being realistic Dark dosen't know there weakness and only if he writes that will they die. Milo can locate anyone he needs a picture but he can get a picture of Dark and warp to him learn he's kira and kill him at super speed or with time frozen. You forget about Light but Milo can burn his death note making him useless. Bolk and his gang are tough but nothing Isabella,Yamairo, or heck William can handle.

Ah yes, about the weakness, Dark ends up being like Batman. Give him prep, and you're golden.

Well Dark is the strongest being aside from Light but he's powerless without a death note so if Dark gets killed Light is nothing. Milo can locate Dark and move at super speed killing him before he writes any names down.
Also if you write something in the death note that's impossible for that to happen than it means heart attack and Milo,Ledge, and Zulan can't be killed by heart-attacks. Milo can write homocide but Milo and Zulan can move at super speed and Ray can control matter plus Velon has magnetism and is connected to earth so unless Dark writes earth explode and than Velon get burned up in explosion which would be commiting suicide.

Now HUverse wins the DNverse is screwed. Macko and Facko have recently got a high-tech powerful helicopter that can kill several people and is armed. Bolt can absorb electricity and cause a black-out to disable Dark and the detective team from communicating. Zulan can shape-shift into animals therefore not humans and Milo can simply locate Dark and kill him or use telepathy to make him commit suicide and to kill the other characters.
