This isn't FMA. Simon can manipulate humans. He can turn the components of a cell into something else, altering things at the atomic level.

I dunno if I can't beat Riya and Isabel.

They can't harm me in any way thanks to organic ice. All I need to do is go mist and reappear next to him, smash them to the ground and win...but my opinion can be a little...compromised XD

Simon's power is not Ray's. Ray controls matter Simon has more limits he can't make a rock a skyscraper or something. Riya and Isabel are more powerful than Filipe. The latter eventually has to go normal again. Riya can manipulate weather mist and fog are weather she can manipulate Filipe and she can control ice by melting it or she can create a seperate atmosphere around Filipe to evaporate him.

Well, lets say it like this

Ray is an alchemist with the philosophers stone.
Simon is a regular alchemist. he's bounded by the law of equivalent exchange, while Ray isn't.

And Riya can't kill me. Evaporate me and I come back. She most certainly can't manipulate me either. That's all about mental power, and I have enough to control even Zulan's organic ice. Riya can't go about it like that. She needs to keep attacking until I lose...which is never.

However Filipe is like Iceman. the mental effort needed to employ his mutant power could eventually fatigue him and render his freezing ability temporarily dysfunctional. Filipe can't spam Organic ice he will get tired if he keeps constantly using it like the SSJ state.

His power will burn out if you have him in organic ice all the time he'll tire out. Riya can just toy with Filipe and than kill him. Anyway Riya is more powerful and can always raise the temperature so high that he has trouble using ice powers and than kill him. Iceman can only use his powers for 5 hours straight Organic ice lowers this Filipe isn't unstoppable remember his limits.

Riya has limits too. Besides, I don't even get Riya's powers. There the exact same as Storm, which means they are the exact same as Isabel (only further down the line. Isabel isn't at Storm's level yet)

Isabel controls weather and Riya controls the whole atmosphere as her powers grow you'll see the difference. Look Filipe can use his powers 5 hours, than organic ice uses it up,regenerating speeds it up more, plus using the form speeds it up meaning Riya can create a seperate atmosphere that forces Filipe to spam organic ice and use it a lot in a short period of time.

Isabel is weaker Riya can create atmospheres and transform into atmosphere. She's not limited to weather.

Isabel isn't limited to weather...Isabel is storm...she can manipulate the atmosphere as a whole. Heck, if we ever take this into space, she can even do like Storm and manipulate solar winds! Here:

Several times in the past, Storm has been described as a "sculptress". This is (arguably) the best way to describe her mutant mastery over weather, and certain forms of energy. When Storm uses her psionic powers, she sees the world as colorful, constantly changing energy patterns, rather than solid matter. These energy patterns can be "molded" to Storm's will to create a vast number of effects which mainly deal with weather manipulation. Storm is greatly in tune with nature and the elements. She can feel them, and likewise they react to her emotional state. She can manipulate weather patterns on a variety of scales, including the ability to summon large and violent thunderstorms and blizzards, as well as sleet and hail.

She has the ability to fly by gliding on wind currents. She can also move objects or other people with the wind or create a dome of air pressure to deflect attacks. Storm's power over air pressure has also been used to crush powerful objects such as skrull warships. She has even created pressure (on earth) higher than that found on Jupiter. Storm's powers grant her the ability to fly as high as the atmosphere can be stretched by using her mastery over wind. She can even carry other people with her. Storm can also use the weather as a weapon. She can summon lightning bolts from the sky that can be used to blind, stun, or severely burn her opponents, even to the point of death. She can also use this ability as a concussive force .Even strong enough to affect the Silver Surfer.

When using her powers, Storm becomes one with the energy patterns she manipulates. This gives her the ability to project weather effects through her body. For instance, she can generate lightning, intense cold, and intense heat, from her hands rather than from her actual atmosphere. Her power over thunder has been used to create deafening sounds for distracting her enemies. She can create powerful tornadoes, hurricanes, and various winds that are capable of moving a vast number of objects/people including levitating an entire building, and sending the Hulk soaring away from her and her teammates. Her ability over water and it's forms has been shown by her creating heavy rainfall, and instant floods that have even "washed" away savage land dinosaurs. Control over moisture and temperature allows Storm to freeze/flash freeze objects and people in the blink of an eye.

In fact, when she once lost control of her powers, Storm was in danger of creating another world-wide ice age. She can also generate heat as strong as the earth allows. Storm can control the weather vocally too. On several occasions she has spoken to the weather like a general to her army and the weather obeys. Storm's powers change when she enters a different planet or dimension. In deep space, if close to a star, she can manipulate solar winds. If far from a star, it would take strong concentration to use this power, so, she can almost always depend on her lightning wherever she goes. Storm's ability to adapt to her environment isn't limited to large bodies of water either, as she has manipulated ocean currents similarly to how she manipulates the wind. She can summon clouds and fog to provide cover and obscure the view of her enemies. Storm has also shown that, when drastically overwhelmed, she can become a being with lightning for hair, and breath of fire and ice.

Due to very good training from an early age, Storm can use her powers to set many weather patterns out of place to perform/create exotic feats/effects, and then set them back from where she got them from, putting weather patterns back to their natural state. Thus, she can disperse any Storm she generates as long as she uses her powers wisely, considering the fact that it's easy for her to create weather, but more challenging to disperse it, or, "clear it up". However, Storm may have more to her power arsenal than she shows, as she not only generated unnatural pressure on earth, but also manipulated (and intensified) plasma while in the earth's atmosphere.

She seems unaffected by the weather, including lightning and temperature. While in the past, Storm has been attacked with (and harmed) by lightning/electric blasts she hasn't created herself, and almost overheated due to trying to adjust to violent weather, it appears that the more experienced she gets, the less the weather seems to harm her, both indirectly, and directly. This is further shown by her being able to reverse/counter electrically based attacks.

During her brief stint with the Fantastic Four, she hosted the consciousness of the abstract entity Eternity within her own mind, enabling Dr. Strange to perform a mystical surgery on the dying entity. According to Strange, he and she were the only ones present with the strength of spirit to survive hosting Eternity. The other heroes present were Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, the Thing, Black Panther, and Silver Surfer.

* Earth-Link: Storm's mutant powers has created a psychic bond between herself and the primal life force of Earth's biosphere. This bond with the Earth and apparently the entire universe, gives Storm spiritual and material sustenance with an almost empathic sense towards living thing. Her bond with the biospheres while in outer space somehow allowed her to reverse her transformation into a brood queen, summon a solar flare and the ability and call upon a large amount of cosmic energy.

She can disperse natural storms so as to create clear weather. Storm can cause a beam-like path from her hand or hands. The full powers of Storm. I wasn't going to go this far...but seeing as this is the Marvel universe, no point in holding back anymore.

Also, Storm is a calm person...Isabel isn't. She still looses to Riya because of the atmosphere control though.

Riya has more atmosphere powers her powers are higher than Storm's I mean there not on Storm's level yet but she has more currently.

all the stuff you mention in the profile, are just specific attacks that wikia doesn't mention because they still try to keep a level of good text.

Cool but Riya has some other abilties with the atmosphere Isabel and Storm don't wield. Anyway I can't wait for Isabel to get stronger.

I was reading the marvel database and the Silver Surfer's profile...they said that the Surfer was away when the civil was shit happened, and that the US government couldn't make him register regardless cause he wasn't in their jurisdiction....can you imagine anyone on Earth trying to make the surfer do something...LOLOLOLOL!

The list needs to be updated! Yamairo is no longer the 3rd strongest hero in the HUverse no way. Were forgetting importants. Can Yamairo defeat Chulance no? Simple If Yamairo comes to stab Chulance while time is frozen Chulance can move when time is frozen if he teleports him away he'll teleport back ect. Can Yamairo beat Alex who know has Savage Hulk and Riya now has a She Hulk form. Not to mention Ledge who now has admantium bones and claws.

Yamairo has the odinsword...nuff said.

Besides, there's this thing called time stop. He can get them before they even know wtf just happened. That's the beauty of it.

As for Chulance. He can't kill him, but he can incapacitate him. Let's face, Chu has no way to beat Yama, and Yama has no way to beat Chu...guess it's a tie.

You see you ignored what I said didn't you? Chulance can auto-adapt now of course so things he can't adapt to but if you stop time and try to stab him he becomes temporarily immune to time stops. Slash him he grows metal ect. Alex and Riya can beat Yamairo he's a normal human! X men are normal humans aside from their powers. Most of them have normal human durability.

Alex as Savage hulk can beat Yamairo just tapping him will ko him.

first he needs to catch him. Come on AG, you know damn well that Yama can warp people with a simple touch. He does a complete time stop and sends Alex into the sun or something. Better yet, he stops time before Alex even transforms. Same for Riya.

Chu...well, I can't talk about Chu. His adaptation is way to strong...
