Can someone introduce Chatwin to the world of bodybuilding and maybe to the world of Dragon Ball while they're at it? Seriously, I think if you poked him with a twig he'd crumble into a million pieces.

Chow yun fat does not look anything like master roshi not at all. Thats so retarded. Every picture ive seen so far makes me madder and MADDER!!!! And shows they know nothing about DB/DBZ. This movie is getting crappier and crappier. They should change the name of this movie like Kung Fu Crappy and the names of the characters. This movie is an abomination to Dragonball and should not have been made. These pictures make me cry. And the comments on the blog site make me cry, they are not true fans.

As someone who is very interested in anatomy I know few interesting things...
There are few kinds of people:
Strong build but not defined
Skinny but defined(if you are a male, there are 90% chances that you must be defined if you are skinny)
Strong build and defined - thats what DBZ is
skinny built and not defined - thats Justin Chatwin... those kind of people almost surely cannot be strong...

Now look at his arm in the 3rd picture and look at the arm in the last picture... biiiiiiig difference right? thats because that 3rd picture is done with his Stunt Double and then they digitally(photoshop probably) add Chatwin's head

Even though his stunt double is not defined also. I ask my self could they do anything good? is this a contest to make movie as much different from DB as possible or what...

Now, nothing against Chatwin personally of course... BUT ITS A FACT that he doesn't look AAANNNYTTTHIIING like Goku.
Well actually no human can look like DB/Z characters, because of its style...but this is mockery...

Radek, not to sound like an internet tough guy, but not every male has a body like Chatwin's. As a matter of fact most people are bigger than him and that's that. I'm not going to say anything about ME because I don't want to sound like an e-tough guy or brag about myself.

The fact of the matter is and what is most important about my point is that Chatwin does not physically qualify to play Goku.

I see where you're coming from, but just the fact the people are starting to say 'he's Goku' makes me mad. He should never have tried out for the role in the first place. I mean if I were in casting I'd tell him, "Do you even know who Goku is and what he looks like? Do you know how many people you'd anger if you got the part?" I can't help but be angry at him for that after all, he IS part of the problem. Anyway, it's like 4:30 where I'm at so I'm probably not making much sense. I'm off to bed now.

And, no, you make perfect sense! he is well aware that he will piss of maaanyyy fans and 50% of population in Japan but he don't care...Now you can't blame him DIRECTLY, thats his job...but sure I am angry on him even though I am not blaming him for everything in this movie, I blame him for doing BAD thing and being aware of it yet accepting it...

Chatwin is as guilty as hell; he really isn't a great actor and I am sure he did not even bother to deeply learn about Goku.

Its obvious that this movie was made in a rush and that the actors were picked withouth proper exploring of the "market"....Honestly theyr first bad move was the movie director and thats not only my opinion a lot of movie critics have stated that allso!!!

yes...even Sean Shemmel don't support this movie! man I wish that man on my forum so badly! I wish his signature on the petition! I respect him and Christopher Sabbath sooo muuuch! and I am almost certain they despise this movie and what they do with DB.

@Vegeta: who knows? Maybe Sean Schemmel did sign it. He'd never tell because it'd guarantee he loses any future roles as Goku most likely. That'd be cool if he did though.

@Saiyan Prince: I know, right? I think the only people who think Wong is a good director are the people on the dbthemovie and dragonballmovieblog websites. I have no idea why they can possibly think that. That's just as bad as saying Uwe Boll is a brilliant director just because he got the job for DB.

Not only them, but also the guys at liveactionanime and other blogs in other languages. They see Wong as a brilliant visionary, far greater than Ingmar Bergman and that his masterpiece The Seventh Seal is a piece of crap compared to Final Destination 1 and 3.

Lol, it's pretty sad. Another funny thing I noticed about sites like dbthemovie.com is a few days after those initial comments are posted a flood gate opens and all the sane people come along and say things like "are you people serious?! This movie looks horrible!"
