1.TTGlverse cannot use TTGL

3.Flash is at full power meaning full control of speed force

well...I dunno. Can he beat a 10 million light years tall robot that defies the law of conservation of mass and alters probability? I kinda think he can't...

Did you read the rules?
The TTGL cannot be used in this battle.
Flash can own propability alterer's he simply kills them before they alter propability.

Wow Flash is a god he can be defeated by few enemies.
Planet sized enemies are no threat to him he can do insane stuff.

Back, now then I actually don't know how to determine the winner of this fight TBH.
Flash has several dangerous powers, and can really kill any human in the TTGLverse, of course TTGL can stop him easily. Then there's spiral power, Flash is very powerful with Infinite Mass punch, but as for hurting the CHGL. (Chou Ginga Gurren Lagann). I dunno, and Flash can become intangible, and impode others.
However thanks to the Anti Spirals, the TTGLverse might win. The Anti Spirals could warp reality on a cosmic level, teleport through space & time, create alternate dimensions, create matter, and generate illusions. Flash has never imploded an intangible being, so yeah.
