Okay I'm lost. once again Mion killed everyone but then it turns out she didn't! Than of course everyone is alive again and Satoko has an uncle now! Keichi killed him but now it appears he's mentally insane!

OH NOO! Great! Now.... Keichi can control the curse and murder people by wishing them dead. He's a city level life wiper and Satoko is a murderor! I'm assuming all his friends are dead and soon everyone will be revived.

I was just watching episode 12 of Higurashi!
Keichi is a city level LIfewiper with Self Duplication!
Either that or a proboability manipulation.
I suspect the last on a lifewiper level!
Satoko has superhuman strength and demonic spirit channeling!
Of course people are having hallucinations and going crazy. Oyashimaru might be a normal human with a virus similar to the effects of the happening. His body might be able to produce it due to some explosion or he invents it himself.

I just watched episode 14. It's all starting to make sense somewhat I don't understand how they kept getting revived. But I will Shion,Mion, and Rika seem important now it's explaining the origins of the Dam project and that photographer Tamitake #2 or Asaka. The grandson being kidnapped Dri.Irie aka Coach and other important people!
It's getting better!
