I guess those two are compared like a show, because they can't be compared as a sport obviously 
since one is a sport and other is not.
In any case for me MMA is one of the best things on TV and I don't watch WWE.
BTW sometimes commentators of that "pro" wrestling surprise me by saying things like "OH I CANNOT BELIEVE HE ACTUALLY KICKED HIM OMG WHO WOUILD'VE THOUGHT!!!" and I would be like - "errr? isn't the whole thing RIGGED in the first place? whats there to be surprised about?"
But hey, who likes it he'll watch it, others won't, that's the beauty of choice.

I use to love watching WWE but haven't seen it in a long time now.
