Your American comic book collection!

Hey guys and gals! This topic is for those of us that collect Amercian comic books! What is your collection like? Update here when you get new ones! Also, post when you started collecting! I'd had random comics bought for me when I was a kid and didn't start properly collecting till 2007 when I found this fantastic little comic book shop! They sell every kind of comic you can think of, British AND American. I get mostly American ones.

My collection is:

I have two boxes with all my comics stored in them. The first box contains the Batman ones as over half my collection is made up of Batman;

Lots of "Batman", lots of "Detective Comics featuring Batman". My most prized one is a genuine Batman #181 (first appearence of Poison Ivy) which I bought in 2007. Its in great condition for a book which came out in 1966 if I'm not mistaken. I also have a reprint of the first appearance of Batman himself!

The second box is a bit of a mixture;

- I have quite a few "Harley Quinn" comics and am aiming to get a full set seeing as her series only ran for 38 issues. I have a few of the "Countdown" series. There's X-Men, Spider-Man, Ultimate X-Men and Ultimate Spider-Man in there as well. I have the issue of Uncanny X-Men where Kitty Pryde officially joins (bought it instantly when I saw the cover as I love Kitty Pryde!) I also have a few other issues such as Ultimate Fantastic Four #1, the first two issues of the X-Men Evolution comic, an old Fantastic Four, an old Teen Titans, Wolverine Origins #1, all four issues of the DC vs Marvel story, issues 1 to 6 of X-23, a few Spider-Girl's, issue 2 of Power Rangers (^___^), issue #27 of Excalibur (again for Kitty) and more!

I mainly collect Silver Surfer, Amazing Spiderman, UXM, and of course Iron-Man those are my main stories. I also enjoy Hulk mainly because of the increadible Red Hulk know.

X men is my favorite. I also might get Deadpool, or the Wolverine Solo series. Then the X-force comics are good for people like Domino.

For DC, I like Batman/Superman comic series, Superman solo series, and then JLA is good. That's it and of course Flash.

I have LOTS AND LOTS of Uncanny X-Men. Lost of FF and Spiderman, and some avengers (mostly for Iron Man) and Iron Man issues

TONS of Doc Strange and Ghost Rider.

As for cross overs...I have M-Day, and and currently pondering if I get Civil War...and also have some Cap America

as for DC, I have very little things about them. Some Superman, and some Batman. One JLA issue

I used to have the entire original Watchmen issues (first edition released in Portugal), but it got burned in a fire at my grandparents house. It wasn't mine though, it was my brothers that bought it. Most of my stuff was my bros, I just completed some recent stuff

I mostly have Simpson comics.
