Bruce Lee vs Batman

Oh yeah!! The Batman vs the Bruceman. Who would win!? Both are experts at martial arts and stuff. Both are strong, both are agile, both... both... uh.... um... oh, both of their names begin with B!
Rules -
* Both are in their prime and at their peek.
* Batman has no gadgets, no utility belt and no cape.
* Batman is not allowed to use his ears to poke Bruce in the eyes.
* Bruce Lee doesn't have nunchaku.
* The fight is in a large dojo.
GO!!!

Batman is used to mixing his gadgets with his martial arts. Bruce Lee is just pure physical bad ass. I'd say he wins.
Then again maybe Batman can be smart and call up Chuck Norris eh eh eh

Batman in his prime, has Superman's kryptonian abilities. Technically you didn't specify his prime with or without abilities.
Batman is god-like my friend, he's near unstoppable. Batman is a superior martial artist to Bruce Lee, and a much better fighter. Batman has lifted a school bus before, broken metal, casually breaks car doors with side-kicks, and is capable of so many unrealistic feats such as running up the side's of a wall.
Bruce has 127 style's of martial arts, including stealth, and the art of being an assassin. Bruce FTW.
