MO official sign up topic

(So yeah, I'm hoping to get a nice big roster of characters for the story line that is to follow after Jet's current story line. So I've made a sign up topic here, as well as a new sign up topic on Sly's. So enjoy, make some guys and have fun.

I will continue the story either way, but I'd prefer if the story not be like 90% my guys and only a dozen or characters from the forums. )


So yes, since I plan to continue the story beyond the Darkness saga, I have decided to redo the sign up sheet.

First of all, if you hadn't guessed by now, you could forget about my previous limitations. Powers in MO has stated to grow, and will continue to do so. You do not have to worry about updating your old characters, though you could if you want, but they'll grow with the story. So no worries about your character falling behind.

And of course, if I said it once, I said it a dozen times, your free to submit as many characters as you want. 1 or 30, just throw them out there people.

Finally, here is the thing about how powers go. Powers are going to be broken into 3 stages, these being manipulation, control, and special. Here is the difference.

Manipulation: Using water as a easy example. A water manipulator can create water almost anywhere. They do this by pulling together the very water molecules in the air and combining them to form a attack. Manipulators can sometimes also use there powers to manipulate their own body's (Such as Katy being see turning body parts into a water like form.) Depending on the power, manipulators can also unlock secondary powers. This makes them often the most versatile and unpredictable type.

Control: A power controller lacks the flexibility in ability's that manipulators has, so they can control only their acquired power in it's natural form. So again with water, this would mean that the person can only control pre-existing body's of water. They cannot effect their physical body's on massive levels or unlock secondary powers. A controllers lack of ability's however provides them with greater levels of control. As example, a water controller can override the control of a water manipulator, allowing the controller to take command of the manipulators attacks.

Special: These are powers like the ones Izoru process as example. It's a special ability giving the user access to other powers. These are unable to be be classified as a power manipulation or control.

Powers will also be separated into singles and mixes. You guys need not worry about this part however, as I will take care of this myself in the story. But I just wanted to touch on the subject for a second. A single power is a ability which is simply what it is. Such as telepathy, telekinesis, and other such powers. Single can also apply to controls, who can only use their powers in it's original state. Mixes include powers that take a combination of ability's to reach the end result (Tanya's cloning ability is a good example of such.) This may also apply to many manipulators as well.

Here's some characters for ya.

Name:Ray Kaldos
Age:34
Gender:Male
Personality: Ray is someone who is adamant in his beliefs, and one who's will cannot be changed. He cannot stand injustice, and is one who still stand up to it. He is a very violent person, and as such he has no trouble with killing those who commit crime's. He believes people should use the talents they are given, but not for the wrong things. He hate's the misuse of gifts, especially super-human talents.

Appearance:
History: Ray was born & raised as a seemingly normal person. His parents were murdered when he was only nine years old, and around this time he had began kick boxing. His trainer Yachet adopted him, him, and trained him so that Ray could go after his parent's killer. Ray learned his parent's killer was the known terrorist Yoda. He finished training with Yachet, and went off on a cross country hunt to avenge his parents, killing any criminal he encountered on the way there. He only returned home after the comet hit his home town, and he learned Yatchet was killed by Yoda who had manifested an ability and gathered a crime syndicate.

The Military got involved with the situation, and Ray's ability manifested. Yoda escaped, and Ray decided to wipe out his gang which planned to take over the world as it was turning into a living hell. Ray adopted the pseudonym Dust, as he began killing criminals with abilities. The Military is currently after Dust, and he's after Yoda.

Physical strength level: Average/Variable(Depends what substance he's made of)
Weapons: Ray is a skilled fighter with dual knives.
Ability: Ray is a skilled fighter, although he mainly uses his legs. He has mastered the art of Kick Boxing, allowing him to be very deadly when fighting with his feet. He often transforms his legs into durable material's such as metal, or diamond to amplify his kicking strength.

Power/explanation: Molecular Manipulation: Ray possesses the ability to mentally control, transform, and manipulate the molecules of all matter and energy. He can animate inanimate materials by causing constant mass movement of molecules: for example, he can make a brick building walk. He can rearrange molecules so radically, he can use his power to reconfigure all forms of matter and them into different substances and forms (such as, for example, turning air into glass), and can change matter into energy and back again.

He can create force fields and energy blasts, and also open up worm holes through hyperspace and traverse them, thus traveling faster than light. He is very powerful and can affect a large area entire islands or even on a global scale. When he transforms substances it remains that way unless he repairs it or others with matter altering powers.

Attacks

Dust: This is his signature technique. He uses his ability to with a mere thought turn his victims into dust. He can return his victims back to normal, or leave them as dust forever.

Iron Kick: He charges his opponent, turns his right leg into iron and kicks his opponent.

Name: Yoda Kalante
Age: 44
Gender:Male
Personality: Yoda is a sick and twisted individual who will do anything to gain money. He enjoys gathering materialistic possession's, and doing whatever it takes to get what he wants. He has no problem killing anyone including children, and women. He is a ladies man when he wants too, and he knows how to manipulate people via using loved one's. He is also a born traveler, and is addicted to road trips. He does not like people knowing his location, and despite being pure evil he is usually calm even when he kills people.

Appearance:
History: Yoda was born as Anukid Klechester, a boy raised in poverty by his uncle on the run from the Government. As Anukid he would do whatever it took to obtain money, and to take care of his family. Around the age of fifteen his uncle died of sickness, and he left to join a gang. Of course with technology improved gangs had been decreased, but in the gang Anukid met Mundo a former assassin, now hiding from the police.Anukid received training from Mundo and left to kill a man Mundo needed to kill ten years ago.

Anukid adopted the name Yoda, and became known as this because his opponents often moved when he came towards them with knives. After the Meteor hit, he manifested Telekensis & gathered his own gang made of assassin's. Together they planned to assassinate all rich people, and collect their money to become the richest people in the world. There plan was to buy freedom from people of the world.

Physical strength level: Average
Weapons: He carries two knives
Ability: Yoda has no true martial arts training, but he is a trained assassin. He is skilled with using bladed weaponry, along with his Telekentic abilities. He is mainly skilled with knives, but he is also good with regular hand held guns.

Power/explanation: Telekenesis- Yoda has the ability to move objects with his mind, and can use physical motion's to enhance the power of his ability. He can use his ability to leave objects suspended in the air, or even as a blade to cu. He can pin others to surfaces such as walls, and even use this ability to fly. He has learned several uses for his Telekentic abilities. During the course of the story he can obtain the following abilities.

-Bio-Blasts: The ability to fire enormously powerful energy blasts which are generated from the body's extrasensory potential.

-Biophysical Control: The ability to control living organic tissue, causing muscles to cramp, skin to break, or blood vessels to burst or contract.

-Concussive Blasts: The ability to project telekinetic energies as powerful blast beams directed from the brain that could apparently affect matter with concussive force.

-Dimensional Teleportation: Some have learned that they could use telekinesis to transport themselves into other dimensions by mentally bending the dimensional barriers that separate one reality from another.

-Electromagnetic Pulses: The ability to use telekinesis to channel the Earth's magnetic field through the electro-current of the brain and generate devastating electromagnetic pulses.

-Enhance Physical Traits: The ability to use telekinesis to enhance speed, strength and fighting skills to super-human levels.

-Ensnare Opponent: The ability to constrict a foe using their own clothing and hair, or even control their gross movements, providing their clothes are durable enough.

-Flight: By levitating themselves, users can “fly” for very long distances and at varying speeds.

-Force Fields: The ability to create protective force shields that could detect even the most powerful of attacks (even filter bacteria from the air). There does not appear to be any correlation between field strength and the thickness of the telekinetic fields.

-Inanimate Disintegration: The ability to cause inanimate objects in their presence to disintegrate.

-Intangibility: The ability to phase through solid matter by mentally shifting the molecules of the body around another object's as the user moves forward.

-Invisibility: The ability to mentally bend light-waves around oneself and others, rendering them invisible.

-Matter Alteration: The ability to alter molecular and atomic structures in such substances

Psionic Spikes: The ability to create destructive psionic spikes that destroy the physical objects that the spikes come into contact with.

-Reality Warping: The ability to mentally bend the quantum strings that make up reality within a localized area.

-Telekinetic Animation: The ability to cause inanimate objects to move according to will by projecting part of their mental into them.

-Telekinetic Holograms: If the user's fine motor skills are incredibly acute, then it is possible to mentally manipulate dust particles and water vapor to refract lightwaves and create holograms.

-Telekinetic Katana: The ability to manifest a telekinetic katana blade composed of raw psi-energy, which at its lowest intensity, functions to disrupt neural pathways and sever the bonds between molecules, and at its highest level can slice an armored opponent and cut through the armor, but leave the attacker physically unharmed. This can also be used to shatter telepathic power-inhibitors imposed on others.

-Telekinetic Sensitivity: The ability to feel the texture of objects the user has a telekinetic hold on, feel when other objects come into contact with them, and probe them at a molecular level to identify if they contain alien materials or feel when two things which he/she has a telekinetic “hold” upon are similarly composed.

-Ability Activation/Negation: Some can use their telekinesis at a molecular level to activate latent mutant genes in an individual, granting them active mutant powers. It has also implied that, once given in this way, these abilities can be taken away, presumably by returning the appropriate genes to their latent states.

Name:General Korrier
Age:38
Gender: Male
Personality: Korrier is an extremely serious individual who does not enjoy "free time" or any thing were time is wasted. He is a strong Football and Martial Arts fan. He enjoys training, and also enjoys training soldiers. Being a Military General he demands respect from others, and does not enjoy being disrespected. He is a strict follower of the rules, and follows believing in no exception's no matter what the case is. He does not believe in excuses, and often believes physical violence is the only way to solve issues.

Appearance:
History: Korrier was raised in a family affilirated with the military his dad was a general, and his mother a doctor. His older brother planned to be a sniper, and he was raised in the shadow of his superior brother. At the age of fifteen he ran away from home, and became a fugitive tired of being ignored by his family. The Military of course was sent after him, and months later at the age of sixteen he joined the military under the identity of Kret Kolter.

He spent two years there, becoming a great soldier. He helped do many great things, in the military, at the age of nineteen his true identity was exposed. He was arrested, and put on trial for his crimes. However he was rescued by Skye and his gang of Mecha pilots. He ended up joining Skye, and helped fight Terrorists. He helped save his old military unit, and after getting together a team of Lawyers he rejoined. Two years later, the meteor hit. His ability manifested, and he gathered a team to capture all those who manifested abilities.

Physical strength level: High
Weapons: He caries two hand held machine guns, but they can shoot bullets or lasers. He is also capable of handling shot-guns, and has his main Mecha with him. It's called Sarge, and has several weapons. (Be creative Justin with the Mecha)
Ability: General Korrier has been involved in the military for many years and as such is a trained soldier. He is a master of interrogation, and is skilled with various fire-arms. He is also a master of fighting in Mecha's,

Power/explanation: Technopathy-Korrier has the ability to control Technology making him a vary dangerous individual. Due to this ability he has control of Mecha's, ID Cards, and other advanced technology. He can control any electronic device, and even vehicle's.

Name:Korzan Tonto
Age: 25
Gender:Male
Personality: Korzan is a cold ruthless individual, who does not care for human life. He has no problem killing children and women. He often enjoys the adrenaline coming from hunting down his prey, and treats killing like a sport. He is not antisocial like some killers, and even enjoys hanging with others. He will protect his partners, but will not rescue them in mission's he considers "suicidal".

Appearance:
History: Korzan was born into a rich family, were he was often ignored by his parents. At a young age he grew to hate his family, and their high class society attitude towards others. At seven he befriended some homeless people and gave them money. His outraged father punished him, and he was home-schooled till the age of sixteen. Then he legally left home, and took his inheritance. He started a Reprosession agency, and often recruited Homeless men.

The Tonto Reprosession Service(TRS) instantly became a hit, but one of his mission's lead to him getting into a fight. After that he met a former assassin who joined the group to get back his former wife's engagement ring. Korzan received training from the man, but he was killed after an arsonist set the main TRS building on fire. Korzan closed down TRS and became an assassin for hire. This lasted a few months till the meteor, and his ability manifested. He began assassinating people easier, and then joined Yoda's gang becoming his right hand man.

Physical strength level:Average
Weapons: He is a master of bladed weaponry, and such carries dual knives. He also has a very thin katanna, capable of cutting through human tissue easily.
Ability: Korzan is a trained assassin, and has even picked up a few tricks from Yoda himself. He has mastered the art of stealth, and along with his ability he is nearly undetectable.

Power/explanation: Korzan has the ability to render himself invisible, meaning no human can see him, nor other creature. He can still interact with others, and selectively turn objects invisible, if he has physical contact with them. He can even turn others invisible again with physical contact, but he cannot turn anything invisible from a distance. He can still be detected by the other human senses taste,touch, smell, and hearing.

Name: Fanto Labaraste
Age:24
Gender:Male
Personality: Fanto is a man who believes in Justice, and believes in his job. He supports the Military, and supports a Government run by the Military. He does not believe in prison, and believes criminals should be killed on spot. Due to his beliefs he has no mercy on those who commit crime for any reason. He has a hate for super human abilities, due to the chaos they can bring in the world. He is a calm and well mannered man when dealing with normal people. He respects authority, and follows the rules, even if they conflict with his hated of criminals.

Appearance:
History: Fanto as a young boy admired the Military, and the good things they did in the world. At the age of ten his school was destroyed in a Terrorist Bombing, but he survived and received medical treatment. His mother got a job working at home, and began to home school him. His father was a police officer, and Fanto grew to hate Terrorists. At the age of eighteen he joined the Military, and after providing his services he returned to College for two years.

During this time his mother was killed in an armed robbery, and he returned to the Military. He hunted down the man who killed her, and murdered him without mercy. Seeking vengeance he worked his way up to Second in command of General Korrier's squad. After learning of the danger super-humans posed on the safety of the world, he joined Korrier's program to hunt down the super-humans.

Physical strength level: Very High
Weapons: Fanto carries around several guns, and is a master of using them all. He carries around Lazor a large weapon Mecha's use to fire concentrated beams of destructive energy. He carries one around, and can even throw it like a boomerang.
Ability: Fanto has trained in the art of assassination, and in several forms of martial arts. Due to his training he has developed immense physical strength and speed. He is considered a living weapon, and does not even require weapons. He often carries large weapons that Mecha's usually carry, and is able to fight and even destroy Mecha's. Due to his speed he can run faster then any ground based vehicle, and can dodge bullets.

Name:Skye Vernon
Age: 20
Gender:Male
Personality: Skye is a care free spirit, and one who does not enjoy disputes between friends. He is always looking for action, or some form of way to get his adrenaline pumping. He is very impulsive, and is a master of the art of womanizing. He's always getting women wherever he goes, but he's often dating more then one woman. This leads to him getting into sticky situation's, but he's generally a nice guy.

He is very interested in Mecha's, and is always trying to invent new weapons. He cannot stand those who perform crime, but he also does not believe Homeless people should starve. He often does Charity work, and loves hanging out with children. He usually inspires people to follow their dreams.

Appearance:
History: Skye Vernon was raised in a large family, that lived a very country style life. He had three sisters, and two brothers. He was the second to youngest in the family, and as such was spoiled. However at the age of thirteen he was kidnapped, and he met unprivileged children. After being rescued in a helicopter, he dreamed of joining of becoming a Pilot. He studied hard, and at the age of seventeen finished high school. He became a pilot in the Military, and served for one year.

He then became interested in Aerial Mecha's, purchasing one. He joined the Mecha Squad, and became one of the best Mecha fighters on the planet. He later rescued Korrier from prison, and let him join his squad. After the meteor hit, he manifested the ability to fly. He manged to save some people from a fire, and became a hero. Korrier's men went after him, but he escaped to meet up with his friends in the Mecha Squad.

Physical strength level:Average
Weapons: He can use basic guns, but he has no specific weaponry. He is capable of using any weapons available to him in Mecha's. He is a master of Mecha fighitng, and can use almost any airborn combat type Mecha with ease.
Ability: Skye is a master of Aerial combat, and as such Aerial vehicle's. He has memorized the function's of helicopter's, Jet-plane's ect. He is a capable fighter, but when mixing it with his ability to fly he's nearly unstoppable. (Training, weapon knowledge, etc.)

Power/explanation:Self Propelled Flight: He can fly at supersonic speeds( meaning he can break the sound barrier). He can fly for a good amount of time, but can't go up to very high altitude or the will start to feel the adverse affects. He also has a high degree of control, meaning he can dodge and move very well in the air. His eyes can wistand high speed winds and he possesses a special membrane in his respiratory system enabling him to extract oxygen from the air at high velocities or altitudes.

Aeriel Drop: He grabs his opponent flies in the air and drops them to their deaths.(High)

Aerial Slam: He flies forward grabbing his opponent and flies forward flying them into an object.(Mid)

Aerial Assault: He flies high in the air and than starts to fall towards the ground and slams into his opponent stopping his own fall right before he hits the ground

Aeriel Tornado: He begins to fly around his opponent at super-sonic speeds trapping them in a tornado

Aerial Throw: He grabs his opponent and flies forward and due to the momentum of his flight he uses his strength gained from his current momentum to toss somone into an object as he lands.

Name:Jean Priffer
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Personality: Jean is a dangerous individual, and one who is a master of seducing men. She often takes advantage of men, and uses them to achieve her goals. She is a master of deceit, and can never be trusted. She is mentally insane, and often claims she listens to the voice's in her head. She enjoys killing others, and is addicted to her ability. She also harbors a hate for Law Enforcement, and womanizers.

Appearance:
History: Jean was born and raised by her mother who was a single parent. Her father had walked out two weeks after she was born. As such she harbored a grudge against fathers who abandoned their children. At the age of nine she decided her career to help single parents, and by the time she was fifteen she also started doing charity work for orphans, and less priveledged children. A year later she was attacked, and raped. She was impregnated and her mother wanted her to commit abortion.

She had developed a soft spot for children, but her biased mother physically beat in her to kill the baby. Jean's child died, and she ran away from home. Her mother was arrested, but was only given two months since she had killed an unborn baby. Jean decided humanity needed to suffer, and left the foster home she was placed in. She became a stripper, to obtain money, and to start a business to end Abortion. Her business fell apart, but she gained an ability from the Meteor.

After manifesting her ability, she accidentally killed a man. After manifesting her dangerous ability, she decided to track down her father. Finding him she learned he had started a new family, and now Korrier's squad came after her. She managed to kill her father and his new family, before being rescued by Skye. She killed her mother, and robbed her. She then gathered her mother's money, and left on a road trip to wipe out humanity.

Weapons: N/A
Ability: Jean has no form of martial arts training, or knowledge of any form of combat. She is a skilled dancer, especially good at pole dancing. She is an average level singer, and also a good cook.

Power/explanation: Matter Absorption- Jean has the ability to absorb matter. This ability allows her to absorb organic and inorganic material. Her body simply glows slightly pink, and materials are drawn to her like a vacumn. She has no limit to how much matter can be consumed, due to the fact that all matter she consumes is reduced ant size when it comes close to her. She can turn this ability on and off. All matter she absorbs is absorbed through her mouth.

Usually she simply digests the matter she absorbs like normal material, so absorbing too much can give her a stomach ache. She can also place absorbed matter into other parts of her body such as her ears.

Name: Frank Floster
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Personality: Frank has a general dislike of sports, and anyone who exhibits jock like behavior. He hates people who try to manipulate others, and those who act like that. He's very lazy, and only wishes to drink junk food, and watch anime/read comics ect. His dream is to be a famous mangaka, despite him being American. His dream to live in Japan, and he hates those who insult his beliefs.

He does not support religion, as he believes it only causes problems. He considers himself a ladies man, but he often fails to get any ladies. He is known to get angry really quick, this can be blamed on his sensitive nature.

Appearance:
History: (A mere little background story.)

Physical strength level: Varliable
Weapons: Anything
Ability: He's knowledgeable of manga, comics, anime, that sort of stuff, and of various foods.


Power/explanation: Literary Animation: Frank has the ability to bring literature to life. This rare and unusual ability can be incredibly powerful, however, is often dependent on his focus and concentration. Bringing something smaller to life, such as a squirrel, is much easier than say, Godzilla, or King Kong. Despite being powerful the ability has limitations for example if he summons a character from a Book, DVD, Manga, then the character is rendered non-existent, this applies to inanimate fictional objects as well.

Another limitation is Frank himself, if he is killed, all fiction he's released into the real world becomes fiction once-more. He is not limited to character's, and objects. He can bring in..even Plot Scenario's, or a form of energy. However bringing things into the real world drains him of his energy, but he can "un-summon" anything brought out of the realm of fiction, which actually helps him gain drained energy. In Theory he might be able to enter fictional worlds, and bring others with him. He is also capable of Literary Fusion, becoming any fictional character. He can control his animations., without fusing with them.

Name: Shondi Koruza
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Personality: Shondi is a very serious individual who is very devoted to his mission, and objections, he has strong bond with his closet friend Fanto. He himself is not evil, but he will do whatever it takes to complete a high paying job, aka greed. He's constantly striving to gain money, yet he is not greedy. His goal is to gain money, and to help the less fortunate, however his methods of achieving money are far from good. However he believes in End Justifies the means, and is very serious, and will even murder women and children if necessary. He has no moral codes when it comes to a fight, believing he needs to win. He is very religious, however his exact religion is unknown, but he often prays for assistance, and forgiveness. He is a very outdorsey person, and loves nature, especially birds.

He enjoys his "Ability," believing it is very useful on missions, and thinks Super humans are far too boastful, and dependent of their abilities. Another thing he has a love for is Culture, and he enjoys learning about people from other countries, and nationalities.

History: Shodi was born and raised in China, which had grown due to the various technological advancements. Being in China he was heavily educated, and trained in Kung Fu from a young age. He was a genius, graduating from high school at the age of thirteen, and highly respected in China. He had mastered Kung Fu, and his parents were extremely proud of him, wanting him to inherit the family business. However from a young age he developed sympathy for the poor, and those who were in conditions that made them unable to gain money. He went off to College in America, taking a large sum of money from his parents, upon arrival in America, he became a serious, and a loner.

He began studying various forms of martial arts such as Karate, and Tae Kwon Do. He excelled in those forms of martial arts of well, constantly growing in power. By the age of eighteen he had learned over one hundred styles of martial arts making him a very skilled warrior. Completing Grad School he started his own business a martial arts school, which quickly became popular in America, and in several states much to his parent's approval, who joined forces with him, however he began donating money to charity, becoming very popular, while his father scolded him for being careless with his money. Their views on the poor damaged their relationship, and after gaining his abilities over memories, he rendered his father amnesic.

He warned his mother to give him control over the company or risk loosing her memories. His skills make him a very capable combatant, as he is able to mix up his fighting skills, and coutner nearly any fighting still. Due to years of his gruesome training his endurance, strength, speed, and stamina are somewhat superhuman, although his raw talent does not come from abilities. He is capable of dodging machine gun fire, and lifting and smashing buildings, and even stopping a train(albeit not without some form of injury.) He is capable of using swords, and due to his strength he can even cut through metal, although with some effort.

Power/explanation: Mental Manipulation- Shondi has the ability to control the upper brain functions allowing him to erase memories, render people unconscious, and negate the abilities of other super human beings. The Memory aspect of his ability, allows him to with physical contact wipe out all of a subject's memories, or selective memories, and he is unable to restore memories. He does not require physical contact for his power, he can use it without contact, however since he has no control, it simply damages the opponent's brain to the point that they are in a vegetative state. To render someone unconscious he must touch them, and to negate someone's abilities he simply has to be in the same area, he can control the range, from negating everyone in a hotel to everyone in a city. He can also allow some people to not be negated, allowing Sly to use his electric powers against a powerless Goku.

Personality: Johnny is a very kind man, despite his stern appearance, and very loving of other people especially Specials. He is one who hates seeing people in bad situations, and wants to help people, often wishing he had the power to do so. He's always sharing, and giving to others within reason, not giving away all his money for example, but lending food to the homeless, he believes in mutants, thinking they are the way to saving the world. He is determined to save the world, and also enjoys jazz music.

History: Johnny was your average guy, except in school he was known as the loan shark, as he was always trying to help others, always sharing his food at lunch, always giving, and always confronting bullies, even if he got beat up doing so, but he was known for never backing down, and despite his good personality, was respected. While not religious he did support religion believing it helped create order, and inspire good behaviors. As he got older after completing College, he got a degree in Physiology, and Business, and decided to become a Therapist wanting to help people focusing on those who'd suffered in life, he often played the Lottery believing in luck.

He finally returned to school, wanting to go into Public Relations, he managed to do so, often supporting Companies who needed help, while doing Therapy as a side job, he got married too one of the teachers at his school named Moria, and they had two daughters, he was a happy family man, and finally won the lottery around his mid thirties, starting his own public relations company. However his daughters were injured during an accident, and on a verge of dying when a man appeared, calling himself Messiah he healed them, and everyone else in the accident, before leaving, since his daughters were saved by a mutant, he heavily supports them, and wants to help them get a good image.
