Here's spme stuff I did out of boredom, I'm still a novice working with compter programs, stuff that came with the computer and whatnot.

Also if anyone knows some good art programs I appreciate any suggestions!

Some drawing program suggestions:
Photoshop
Manga Studio EX
Corel Painter (I gues it's the best for tablet users. I don't use it though, becouse I'm used to Photoshop.)
GIMP (Free program. Bad interface and low CMYK support.)
Illustrator (vector graphic)
Krita (A deamn good free program. Comes with KOffice. Sadly it only works on Linux, but that is going to change soon.)

Yeah, and no I know how draw ananomy to standardize fashion, but I kinda want my own unique spin. My main thing is hands and motion, that's what I have the most difficulty on.

Keep on drawing, it will surely come very useful to you someday Wink

And definitely try some softwares that Superman recommended to you since everything you draw can be corrected and stylized so greatly with some of those tools. I myself know how much Photoshop helps, I couldn't live without it, even though I never use it as for what it is, but as kinda sub-tool for many other programs, like making textures with it for my 3D models and such...
