Skills: He's a master of all martial arts of the Uchiha clan, as he helped create some. He can use his fan and scythe to fight. He's a cunning manipulator, and perhaps one of the best strategist of all time.

Powers:
Madara is easily one of the strongest people to ever live, and the strongest Uchiha. His powers are unmatched by anyone currently alive and he can even overwhelm Milo. Even when weakened, he was able to place the SXM entire in an illusion to keep them still.

He possess the Wheel Eye, the mutation of the Uchiha clan that allows him to perceive the world with much greater accuracy. His Wheel Eye seems to be especially powerful, and as a result of his long love, he's trained his skills with it to perfection.
He can see energy as a mass of color, allowing him to trace fast moving objects and react accordingly, and he can even track people that are camouflaged. Finally, he can copy any movement he sees, and he can also copy any ability his body can manifest.

Madara also possess the Kaleidoscope, and he said to have been the first in which the side mutation occurred. It as caused by Madara's forced murder of his lover.. He has mastered Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo to great degrees, but admits his illusions aren't as powerful as his deceased brother's. His control of Amaterasu is flawless. He can create waves of fire strong enough enough to match Troy's fire dome, and can even block the flames without putting them out.
He's also reached a new level, called the Eternal Kaleidoscope Eye. He gained this power by implanting the eyes of his younger brother into himself after he went blind. This made is entire body energy, granting him immortality, letting him phase out of damage, and allowed him a power, named Kamui, that can be defined as localized omnipresence. In a certain area, he can essentially be anywhere he wants instantly. This is not teleportation or high speed, but rather if he chose to be there, he'll be there.
He can also summon the Dragon Slayer magic essences and give each of them a humanoid form made of their element.

Finally, he can use Fire Release magic, capable of increasing the power is attacks with his fan. He was the first Uchiha to control Katon attacks, having copied them from a well renowned Rikudo in his first mission. He then taught his clan the power, and because of this, the Uchiha were hailed as masters of Katon attacks. It gave him the nickname "The Great Fan", as he controlled the flames with perfect skill

Bio: Long ago, Madara was born into the Uchiha clan, a clan that descended from the Sage of Six Paths. Madara and his brother awakened the power of the Eye of the Clan, the Wheel Eye, and later, by killing their best friends, they set off the mental stress to awaken the Kaleidoscope Eyes.

With this power, Madara and his brother took over the clan, with Madara as leader, and started a war to become the main clan of the inheritors of the Sage's will and legacy. However, the side effects soon caught up to Madara, and he feel into darkness. Looking for a way out, he plucked the eyes of his younger brother, and planted them into himself, In doing so, he gained an Eternal Kaleidoscope Eye, allowing him to battle at even ground with the leader of the Rikudo Clan, Hashirama Rikudo.

In their final battle for Uchiha dominance, Madara fought with Hashirama, and after a brutal struggle, was defeated and left wounded and almost dead. The wounds caused him to loose most of his power, and he retreated into seclusion.

Recently, he developed a plan to regain his full power, using the powerful Dragon Slayer magic. He as thus gathered the Akatsuki, a powerful organization of mutants with strange and unique powers.

He first appeared giving the Akatsuki's orders to captured the remaining Dragon Slayers, and then to destroy Samuel's group.
After that, he appeared before Isabel, and did something no one else could do: he convinced her to finally take her revenge on Troy, inducting her into Akatsuki. He kept the rest of SXM immobile with a sort of barrier while Isabel battled Troy, but withdrew when Kisame finished his mission.

After that, he appeared before Milo and Shari, telling them to keep their nooses out of his business, or he'd kill Rachel, who he captured.
When the SXM finally decided to move out and attack Akatsuki, he ended up in combat with Milo. At first, he avoided the major fighting, using only small time attacks and stalling for time. However, when the Gedo Mazo finished sealing the Dragon Slayer, he summoned it to his position, and then use the energies to completely heal himself from the damage done to him by Hashirama. His eyes now at full power, he started to overwhelm Milo by using his quick teleportation.
Milo soon copied his skills, but he couldn't control it. Madara then started to use his most powerful ocular power, the Kamui. Being able to be anywhere he wanted at once, localized omnipresence, he overwhelmed Milo with a barrage coming from all possible angles.
As he was about to finish it, Peter arrived and started to use his powerful attacks. Madara, however, managed easily beat him by combining Amaterasu and Kamui.
As it seemed hopeless, Namini arrived. Thanks to her knowledge of Madara's power, Milo managed to trap them in an alternate dimension, and then with one counter attack as Madara was about to finish Namini, he absorbed his energy body in himself.
Madara's status is unknown.

Madara was alive inside Milo. When Akatsuki attacked the island in search of the element users, Madara regained control, and started his new rampage by killing Dave and managing to turn the circumstances on Milo, getting Sandra on his side.
The entire Akatsuki, including Madara inside Milo and Sandra, then went to an island at the center of the globe, and using the full power of the elementals together, summoned a portal to the brimstone dimension, from where Iliria emerged. Madara asked her to separate him from Milo. She did so, but also killed him by breaking up the energies that bounded him together as one. Madara faded away and the Akatsuki fled after that (minus Manny who was a member at the time).
