#1 Seras Victoria - Shes hot and shes a vampire, and as if that is not enough, she dislays a very charecteristic growth in the series. I love Seras.
#2 Neliel Tu - Shes one of the most graceful Anime characters i know. And even thought she's a hollow she hates violence. That and she is also hot.
#3 Revy - Chicks with guns FTW. She can organize the best clusterfuck you will EVER see. She is also hot (you can see a patern forming by now XD)
#4 Asuka - Shes just awesome. The bat fuck insaness in this one is strong.
Plus that love hate relationshit she as going with Shinji makes up the soap part of the anime. She is also hot, and german, and we all know how perverted the germans can be "cough" pr0n "cough"
#5 Android 18 - the single strongest female in anime history, she broke Vegeta's arm without effort, and she as a fetish for bald midgets (no ofense Krillin ). She is also hawt.

so that is about it...You can see they get onto the top 10 by level of hawtness, and from then on i go with character. And yes, i am perverted XD

edit: i forgot to had the Girls from sailor moon. I watched Sailor moon as a kid. The other guys picked on me because they said it was for chicks...FUCK THEM ALL

Revy is just awesome. And the best part is she as emotional depth most main stream female characters would envy, yet she doesn't freackin care or even NEED it to be awesome.
