1. Vegeta from the Buu Saga,with Majin state vs SPC
2. Takes place same place Majin Vegeta fought Cell.
3. Cell just blew up West City, and killed Vegeta's family, both are bloodlusted.

Vegeta, I clearly remember Goku saying during his fight with Majin Vegeta at one point that Vegeta was stronger than Gohan when he thought Cell, so if Gohan beat SPC then Vegeta definetly would before the battle rage

It takes a plot device to beat Cell. I still wonder how Cell, with no more then a simple ki blast broke SSJ2 Gohan's arm, as well as halving his power, then somehow lost the Kamehameha struggle.

NOt really if GOhan hadn't been held back by his arm he would have creamed cell on his own, and as it was stated in an episode that Majin Vegeta was stronger than Gohan at that point cell would be creamed even faster, and then increased to especially creamed after killing Vegeta's family.

Gohan was ALWAYS holding back because he's a pussy (unlike his future version from the Trunks universe)
Only at the last second did he fully let out every bit of power, and then creamed cell
And Vegeta is stronger than he was during the Cell fight, even without the Majin upgrade

Well Vegeta was able to handle a thrashing from Kid Buu during this arc without the Majin power up, So I think he could still beat Cell, and if Cell slaughtered his family first, Cell would be [expletive] for sure.
