Working on an New Forum

I'm in the process of researching forums. Basically I'm researching forums as a project because I want to make my own. It's going to be Vbulliten based like Naruto Fan, Comic Book Resources and Sherdog, Blech Exile, Bleach Asylum, and other forums such as that. And I wanted to kind of have a Live Action Protest Section like we have here as well. And I would appreciate it if you guys can give me your input and suggestions.

I wish I could help you...If it's just for a school project (like my friend had) then you shouldn't bother yourself with such details. But if it's for real then it's hard to bring in new members.

I know it's some thing I really want to do. I plan to make it diverse so all sorts of people can join.
I want to put an Anime and Manga section. Comic Book section, Live Action Movie Protest Section, Sports, and much more.

Well I'm asking for suggestions and input so I can design the forum but don't say you won't join I plan to make this forum the shit a mix of this and a few other forums.
