Yeah man, my reaction when I heard announcer say that was really funny. I wonder if its just a quick error like they confused Goku's name with Piccolo's unintentionally, or they gave the text to that actor who possibly didn't read/watch DB/Z and then he assumed that they made mistake because maybe it made more sense to him that two villains are the same race, rather than protagonist and antagonist.
Everybody makes mistakes, its all fine, but I don't understand why they didn't record it again, is it possible that nobody noticed?
