Animacs: Rise of Otaku

For many years fans of comics, anime, manga have lacked social lives, have been the outcasts of society, surviving and gaining human contact from the internet, but not anymore the majority of the fan base is in a shock, as they began to manifest the abiltiies of there favorite characters, the characters they idolized. NOw the Otaku's make a name for themselves with the emergeance of these new abilities.

Rules

-You can have the powers of any anime/manga, powers are first come first serve, I've reserved and negated a few myself.

-Only powers from Anime, and manga for now.

-As Many characters as you want.

-Only Anime and Manga powers, objects such as Death Notes, Scouters and other fictional objects cannot be brought in yet, nor areas.

"Dylan Knowles sat down in his room, he was having the CRAZIEST day of his life, and that was big, he worked in a comic book store, not an ideal job, didn't meet alot of girls, but it was the job of his dreams, despite the low pay, and barely making rent, living in Atlanta was hard without money, but today was crazy, he'd managed to turn his chain into a massive drill, smashing through a wall, damaging his apartment complex, police were investigating, he was still examining his chian."

Dylan: That was insane..just like Kamina...and Simon from TTGL!

*In the cold climate of the Canadian winter a man, about 17 sat in a chair. He typed on a computer.*

...: This is so strange. I was again able to manifest unnatural strength. It's like I was able to focus energy within my body. I almost swear it's like Dragon Ball Z, where I can increase my strength, simply by focusing my energy into it... but... that's impossible isn't it....

*He clicks save on the file, looking at his hands.*

...: Can such a thing... really be happening?

(I'm too lazy create a fake name/person, so whatever, I'm just gonna use myself. I have some funny ideas for this. I really like how this rolepla souds!)

Jessica was a normal teenage otaku, with a chihuahua named Coco and a gerbil named Rascal. One day, she was playing with her pets, when they both started speaking! But they could only say their own names, for some reason.

Coco: Coco co coco!
Rascal: ras!
Jessica: w-what the heck is going on? Omighosh, maybe this is like pokemon! Uh...Coco, use thunderbolt! ...*nothing happens* huh...well, maybe she's a certain type, like a pokemon. Her fur has a lot of black, maybe she's a dark type? Coco, use Shadow ball!
Coco: COCO! *a dark purple burst of energy comes out of her mouth and destroys my bookshelf*
Jessica: NOOOOOO! M-my precious manga...It costed me like 200 bucks to get the entire fruits basket series...Well, at least that was AWESOME! Good girl, Coco! Hmm, I bet Rascal is a normal type, he kinda looks like a radicate. Rascal, use bite!
Rascal: Rascal ras! *bites my arm*
Jessica: .....OW! Stop stop! That was stupid of me...I need to teach him some better moves. Still, this is SO COOL! My pets are like Pokemon! I'm a pokemon trainer! Sort-of!

"Dylan had left work, if he was really getting powers he didn't give a damn about work anymore, heading out to the junk yard, his Drill necklace he'd ordered from Ebay in his hands heading over to the necklace, he focused he knew this was crazy, but suddenly he formed a drill, a massive drill that smashed through several vehicle's in the graveyard."

Dylan: HOLY! ITS REAL!!! I GOT ANIME POWERS! wait Simon, or Kaimin I got spiral power, I can do the impossible so making gurren lagann.

"He rushed over to an abandoned car, jumping in, slamming the drill into the ignition, filling it with spiral power, he yelled out as the car shook, and it began to morph into Lagann, he was in shock, as he was piloting the Ganmen of his dreams, flying into the air, soaring over the junkyard in shock>"

Dylan: HELL YEA! KICK THE IMPOSSIBLE TO THE CURVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jessica takes her newly-powered pets out into the woods to train them, destroying a tree or two in the process.
Jessica: wowee, this is so cool~ they're learning pretty fast!
Rascal: RAS! *zaps a tree with a burst of electricity*
Jessica: Woah! Rascal, you're actually an electric type? That's..SO COOL! I have the coolest pets~ But what should I use their powers for?

*The young man stepped out of his room, going into the kitchen where the family has gathered, he looks out to see it snowing.*

...: Snowing again... *sigh* great.
