Actually Yugioh and Duel Masters are about as diferent as night and day.
Duel Masters is more similar to Magic: The Gathering, which is the best of the lot. The more strategic, and more complex. Of course, I prefer Yugioh, simple because the mosters have, IMO, better designs.

I used to like pokemon cards, but I NEVER knew anyone else who knew how to play the game! I had the computer game CD thingy that tought me the game and I was so excited, but then I learned that none of my friends knew how to play....I tried to teach mom but it didn't work. I had a couple hundred cards and never got to play a single game!

Yu-gi-oh was the opposite, I barely had a full deck, a few friends knew how to play but I didn't get it. Plus, the first time I bought a pack (little booster pack), my mom said "eww, these are so boyish! I'm not getting you any more of these." so it was a long time until I aquired a full deck, the rest of my cards came from unwanted crappy cards my friends didn't want. I CANNOT WIN WITH THIS CRAPPY BEAVER MONSTER THING! that's how yugioh was for me. I liked the show, though

nah she's cool. just weird about some things. I feel bad that sometimes I say mean things about her, when I put that last thing I had just had a fight with her.

damn, Liz gives me the Yu-gi-oh cards from her Shonen Jumps, and they're all pretty good. If I had them back when I used to play, my deck woulda been 200% better...I MIGHT HAVE ACTUALLY WON ONCE! Yu-gi-oh cards that are condisered "strong" or "rare" seem so much easier to come by now!
