Really though, Vegeta isn't possible to really look like with the hair. Just look at his head shape. It's like those old Egyptian pharaohs who had their heads reshaped at birth.

Its really just impossible to look like him.
To KINDA remind and look like him yes its perfectly possible to do if you know how to do.
But if you want to make someone from real life look pretty much like him it would require CGI or some super realistic masks OR a shovel in your face lol so somebody make your head edgy and boxish like DBZ characters have it
Body is also extremely edgy and boxish. Not to mention the shape of the eyes and hair...and all that makes him look so awesome...surely not some chatwin twin version...:S

Like I said THEORETICALLY and HYPOTHETICALLY pretty much everything is possible but do you really think that any film studio CAN and WOULD push themselves to anything near the theoretical level within their lifespan - no way.

Yeah I know I want too much, and I'm too picky but come on DBZ is just not DBZ if it doesn't look like it and therefore doesn't feel like it...
