Again, it's an expression. He can only break the speed of light to travel through time. It tires him out.

And what about this part

When they walk through walls...the walls don't just end up normal...the atoms disassemble, an break down.

Okay lol that is NOT an expression. That's proof it shows his body as he moves faster than light. It's an expression Wolvie's claws can cut through anything except Cap's shield than. LOl, I understand if you have an opinion but I HATE! When people deny scans It does not make him tired. Therefore I win this Flash does win at the speed of light you have no scans to contridact this if you than I will continue If not I can say I win.

And yet, even with the scans...I still say X-Men would win. I can see you're more familiar with DC Comics. I'm more of a Marvel guy. I refuse to argue this further. I still say the Flash couldn't just implode the X-Men all at once like that.

After seeing this, guess it was a bad idea to ask for vs threads.

The fastest runner the X Men have is Quicksilver and he is nowhere as fast as Flash. Jean with the Phoenix force may do something to Flash, if he is slow and Wizard magazine already stated that Flash is way too fast for Xavier.

Considering Flash's arsenal and the X men's skills.

Cyclops, Anole, Archangel, Armor, Beast, Cable, Cannonball, Cloak, Colossus, Dagger, Dazzler, Domino, Dust, Elixir, Emma Frost, Hepzibah, Husk, Iceman, Karma, Magik, Magma, Mercury, Mirage, Namor, Nightcrawler, Northstar, Pixie, Prodigy, Professor X, Psylocke, Rockslide, Rogue, Storm, Sunspot, Surge, The Three-In-One, Trance, Warpath, Wolverine, X-23

I think Flash could pwn the current roster, since it lacks the Phoenix Force.

Current roster as Iceman.

I seriously think Iceman is now considered a hax omega...his powers are too effing awesome. The man can affect chemical reactions by freezing water...that's...OMG!
He's even blocked powers on one occasion using that skill

And Flash can't really hurt him right? He'll just reform from anything.

Other then that, the X-Men right now are pretty weak. They need to bring back Jean.

Flash can't "kill" Bobby, but he might be able to win.

He can still all of Bobby's speed so he's a living statue, or time travel and kil him before he got his powers, or kill his parents.

Ya know, since he can't destroy the actual Organic Ice.

Jean is gone now, Emma is her replacement and more "balanced".
