Whose Xellos?
Edit: Read up on it. He's as mystical powers. I really can't stress how hard it his to match those up with the scientifically explained powers of most comics from the USA, including Manhattan. How his magic would affect the Doctor is something we can't predict. But I know that the Doctor would have trouble killing him thanks to his teleportation ability.

Uh No, he's an Astral being that lives on another plane of existence the Astral plane. He just projects a Physical form on the physical plane of extience the only way to hurt is to attack with astral based attack, attack that attack the mind, or attacks infused with the attckers willpower and energy(Both Not one). Some tried turning him into a doll and he just created another body.
Edit: Manhattan has a might win he just need to teloprt to the astral plane and fight Xelloss.

dude Xelloss Physical body is just a projection attacking destroying ain't gonna do shit to Xelloss unless try to dematerialize his physical body and he'll recreate another body. Mazoku do not have a true physical form, but ones with enough power can project an image onto the physical plane to represent themselves.

Don't go into another off your arguments. He present his opinion. If it's just a projection, it wouldn't do anything to the original. And we only know Dr M can teleport anywhere in the universe. See that's the thing. Astral Plane and things like that are not in the universe.

Manhattan see's time differently he'd know the body of Xellos he's fighting isn't the correct one and can teleport finding Xellos and disintegrate his real body. Anyway point is Manhattan can destroy his non physical form Manhattan's teleportation has no stated limits. Can Xellos warp reality?

No they are not he is nigh-omnipotent he can control matter,energy. he can do everything Captain Atom can just at a higher level meaning he can destroy a universe or create one as such. It makes since they hinted towards he can create life only thing that can stop him is Reality Warpers,omnipotents, things like TTGL
