RULES!
1) Tree absorbs the power of the sun and all stars in sight/range (all stars that are ever in sight are in range) and is automatically defended by this power
2) to quote "Nothings more powerful than the sun" - Goku (after blasting Cooler into the sun)

He says the tree can defend from anything huh.
Well, what if the Phoenix, along with Galactus destroyed the nearby stars. The tree would loose it's source of energy and become a normal tree.
BTW, I know you did this for the sarcasm. I just like making my point is all.

Well with TOAA and living tribuneral there omnipotent they can easily wipe out the tree along with Presence.

The tree can defend from anything. You need to get rid of the stars. It's the only way.
