Yes but Filipe hasn't mastered organic ice to Milo's level yet meaning he dosen't have unlimited use of organic ice as seen with the fight against Velon. He failed to defeat Velon but he fought him for a while and Velon is very strong. You can regernate with organic ice not invunerable like Superman or Samedi. Troy can't win with fire dorm he can melt Filipe but he can just regernate assume a solid form and freeze Troy.

By the sound of it Troy didn't even have plasma form, jeez this topic must be old. 
Well, a hot desert should be quite up Troy's ally and give him the edge. Although Filipe as become quite adapt with that sub zero attack of his. That can change the outcome of not just this match, but many matches, very quickly.

Well Filipe might be able t odo what Katy did to kill Troy, convert his body into water molecules and dissipate him on a molecular level.
