First fight me obviously. It's the same as asking Human Torch vs Iceman...Iceman wins. Iceman wins in any scenario other than extreme heat

Can't Filipe draw heat from the desert like Iceman?
Heck he can simply use moisture conversion to kill Troy, if they encounter each other in a hot area..or Filipe can teleport himself, and Troy to a colder area quickly?
