This is from OP wikia. All we know is that she manipulates age and it doesn't affect clothing. We do not know if she needs eye contact, just thinking it, or anything.

If she can insta age just like that, she ages Kizaru down to a mere child just by thinking about him. He has no way to prepare, so he can't turn to light in time. Need I remind you the only one that can turn to his element on reflex is Crocodile. All the others only turn when they are dealt blows like decapitation. So, aging doesn't fit in that since it's not destroying the body.

In fact, she could do this to every famous person in the Marines and take over the world just like that. She probably knows their faces from posters and news and shit.

No logia's are always their true elements my friend. Kizaru is not fully human he's light but he can assume a physical form or become pure light,. aokiji is the same neither might not be able to be aged.

Prove it! When logias take physical, non deadly blows when unprepared, they can be harmed. Croc and Eneru are the know exceptions cause of their trainings.

Kizaru is an exception as well and so is Aokiji and all admirals.

Aokiji had more than enough time to use his active logia form in both instances he was attacked (Robin's first attack in him in the manga and Whitebeards shock waves way later on)

When what, he was chopped in half? Hardly. He wasn't expecting it. Rather due to his own stupidity. He could have been in active logia form since he was fighting.

Doubt it. Rather, most likely, Kizaru just wasn't expecting it. If the blow would have been different (say blunt physical attack) Kizaru might have been harmed

Furthermore, their ability to move out of harm's way by using their powers seems to serve as a defense-mechanism of sorts designed to save them from otherwise life-threatening attacks (i.e. getting cut in half). If not trained properly (like Crocodile has), it could be easily bypassed by non-lethal physical attacks. This was demonstrated by Luffy in Nanohana where he used a Gomu Gomu No Rocket to propel himself inside a restaurant, where he sent Smoker and Ace (both Logia-type users) flying

Anyway DBZverse can win but not truly. Due to them having some planet-busters they might be able to win. Freiza can destroy parts of a planet with a massive ki blast but in the process nearly kills himself as seen when he destroyed Namek.

The DBZ-warriors can survive planet busting moves but die from the lack of air. So if they destroy the planet they would die. This method can be used to wipe out everyone by some of the logia's. Whitebeard can use Air-quakes which is emitting seismic waves in the air to break things apart but Cell,Freiza, and Buu can destroy the planet from space leaving the logia's. Buu can make them candy os DBZverse can win.

Do not forget that Goku can use teleport after a planet explosion... So not only the DBZ villains can win, but also our beloved Goku

Goku has to lock onto a ki-signature to teleport but I forgot this is DBZverse so the kai's can teleport to Namek. Even if they are in the OPverse Kibito Kai can teleport through dimensions and so can Buu. They can get back to DBZVerse earth where it would not be destroyed.
