Obama plans to help healthcare in great ways however republicans are racist and don't want to help. One even yelled liar so now he's working on hard on several issues? Superman leads a group to save the world to prevent the problems before they occur and both sides of the Government appreciate him?

Who's a better leader Obama or Superman?

Superman when upset sends people to the phantom zone although once he killed three kryptonians with gold kryptonite and gave up beinga hero and left earth with a clone.

Obama acted upset when his friend was arrested by some racist cops. He said "they acted stupidly" and he tries to remaine calm such as the "liar" incident. He remains calm and even reworded his phrase. Superman thinks he deserves more power but thinks working together.

He wants to prevent injuries and infections while Obama focuses on the aftermath and cleaning up and rebuiilding. He is working methods to prevent things as well and the aftermath.
