"As the thugs are getting near the girl, suddenly, I jump out of nowhere and land a kick in the back of one of their faces. Two more get slashed right in the ribs by a fast Mikado. Both of us stand between them and the girl"

Mikado: Why are we doing this again?

"I start running towards the thugs. The first two head towards me. I duck, and then drive my palm into his chin, jumping up and then wheel kicking him into the other, taking the momentum of the flow, to land ahead of both, and drive my knee into the back of the guy that was pushed by the first"

"Meanwhile, Mikado has drawn his knives again, and sends them into the weapons other two thugs are carrying. He then runs towards them, picking up the knives along the way and stabbing them into the arms of both, driving them to the floor. He pulls out the knives and gets some blood on his face, looking kind of sadistic"

Mikado: If you don't want to die...get out now

"Both the 4 that attacked first and the others get scared, and start to run away"

"The man watching grins, and picks up his cell"

"Harry had run away fast after what Yama did to him, and ducked into an alley. From some distance, TOAA and Yama are watching"

Yama: Is that him...

"Meanwhile, back in Ikebukuro, all 3 of us are heading down a street. As we pass a corner, suddenly, we all hear the sound of a horse. By us, passes the Black Rider from the other day"

*Harry suddenly finds himself blasted back into a wall. Jet approaches Harry with a grin.*

Jet: Come now, I know your stronger then this. We've fought before.

*Jet gets ready to launch another shadow blast at Harry.*

"Harry suddenly, as if remembering something, moves at light speed towards Jet and slams him without control across several buildings"

TOAA: What the!! Quick, feeze time

"Yama does so, but Harry, still without much control and only thinking of hitting Jet, still moves and launches a light blast"

TOAA: NO! Freeze time completely!!
Yama: HOW?!
TOAA: CRAP! Unfreeze, unfreeze, let Jet fight back!

*Jet gets up.*

*With a swift swing of his arm, Jet lets out a wave of darkness towards Harry.*

"Harry can't block and gets hit full force into the building. Jet's about to fight back and suddenly, he disappears from place. Harry's left unconscious, but safe"

"Jet reappears near TOAA and Yama on a roof"

Yama: Damn it I though I wouldn't be able to make it
TOAA: Calm down Dark-boy...I need to talk to you

Jet: Hmm, Yamairo correct. (to TOAA) Who are you, and why should I care?

TOAA: I'm The One Above All...you know, God of the multiverse, all mighty, above all other entities, the multiverse itself is just an extension of myself...all that jazz

If humans had not evolved to a point where they could became aware of the laws that bind this universe, then the universe would remain unknown...in non-existence...of course, you can take my word for it, this is entirely false. However...what if a mutant, as you call them, had the power to make the Anthropic Principle true...what he perceives is reality in it's true form...
Jet: Then...that would mean reality would change to accommodate said being's view
TOAA: Exactly...basically, he can create everything out of nothing and return everything to nothing...an omnipotent in it's true form...as well as omniscient in a way, as what he knows is the sum of reality.
Jet: So...let me guess, some mutant has this power and dethroned you
TOAA: Yes...that's exactly what happened

Man: hey! I was going to have some fun with that one...guess I gotta get her back then

"He takes out his phone and sends a message to someone"

Jet: Then if such a power exist, it's the greatest threat to this planet, to everybody. How do you overcome something like that?

TOAA: Simple...you kill the person
Yama: What?
TOAA: If we kill whoever did this, they're grip on reality will cease and I can get my powers back, setting everything right.

Jet: Well, sounds like my kind of mission. Still, how do we even go about finding this person. Let alone how difficult it could be to kill this person.

TOAA: I don't think this person knows his powers...otherwise, we may have seen a very different reality. As to how to find that person...I do know one thing...he's in Japan

TOAA: Because before I lost my powers, that's where I pinpointed the disturbance's start

Jet: While I'd love to take advantage of the moment, if this person learns to control his power... So, Japan. That somewhat narrows it down. It would still be hard finding this person.

TOAA: We'll...there's bound to be incidents...problems. We just need to search

"From the shadow, a person, wearing a yellow helmet with cat ears, appears. As she walks out of the shadow, it becomes clear it's a woman"

Jet: It'd b much easier to just destroy the entire place, but I take it you won't allow such a thing.

TOAA: That's a last resort...I'd rather not take innocent lives. I'll have to be careful to keep this place a new universe when I do reshape the multiverse...
Jet: Wait...do you mean...
TOAA: Yes. This person eliminated the entire multiverse...not just changed this reality. She's killed countless beings...enough that human mathematics hasn't yet discovered the number to count them...
