"Ledge was sitting in an SUV, and had brought Manda the tracker with him, they were in some state he was working missions for SHIELD trying to track down members of the Forgotten Kelly, and Spike."

"IN another part Bella was sitting in a limo, she was heading to her new research facility that Sindus was hooking her up to restore the Discontinued Monitor Project, Kathy, and Smith were shrunken and in the car heavilly armed near Bella, both climbing into her pocket."

I don't mean to be void but unless you want to tamper with her soul you can find someone who can control souls extend some sort of box it, but even then that's a massive risk if they ever rip the box open then all those memories and experienes of hell flood in it can leave them adrooling mess.and in a state all the psioninc power in the world can't heal, so the main thing we can do is track down Crowley, Mephisto can come later but Crowley is the one who did the soul deals.
