Things I like:
It looks like you can travel higher/lower in the stage (but not much)

Gameplay has been sped up slightly

The life/ki bars are positioned better so they don't get in the way of the cinematic look.

Things I don't like:
The graphics are terrible (last-gen-looking characters, the backgrounds are blocky and smudged)

The gameplay is identical to BT3's with the one addition being that you can pummel someone jammed in a rock and is a little outdated considering this is supposed to be a next gen.

The mouths STILL are not synced to what the characters are saying. This leads me to believe Spike is either too lazy or too dumb to know how to do this. This is unacceptable considering Dimps has been able to do this since the early Budokai games.

The level design for Namek (and most likely others) is identical to what it was in previous Tenkaichi games. I'm pretty sure Goku didn't land right next to Frieza's ship in the actual story.

Here's the most major flaw, which was also apparent in the first Budokai Tenkaichi. I'm not sure if this will be fixed by the time Raging Blast is released, but I'm guessing it won't be: THERE ARE NO IN-GAME TRANSFORMATIONS!!!

All of these major flaws lead be to believe that Spike is comprised of a company of people who were lazy, C- students when they were in college who are now willing to work for less just to have a job. It's a shame, really.

My thoughts.

- They reused the mediocre soundtrack from BT3.
- The graphics look worse than Tenkaichi 1’s.
- No in game transformations is just taking the piss.
- Long ass load time...
- That’s the same f***ing Namek stage that was in BT2 and BT3.
- Yup... same f***ing gameplay as well.

In short = I’m not impressed at all. Raging Blast is going to be to Tenkaichi what Burst Limit was to Budokai. A disappointment. I’m not getting this. Also, you can bet that there will be nothing to do, just like with all other next gen games. Watching that video felt that I was watching a beta video for Tenkaichi 3. You can bet that the stages will not be bigger than BT3’s as well (that would require effort) and they won’t loop around or anything.

Why don’t these bloody developers TRY with their next gen games!? I’m seriously considering selling my PS3. It just collects dust now. The PS2 and PSP are so much better.

This is gonna suck more than Burst limit or maybe be a bit better. I was EXTREMLY excited for Tenkahic 3 I'm starting to hate next gen games. My PS3 is collecting dust the only games I like on it are GTA4 and I have a 360 with next gen games like Wolverine origins that are amazing! 360 is much better

i dont remember if i played BT3, i definitely played 1 but i dont think i played both bt2 n 3, bad memory. anyway, the last one i played was the best one imo, n im thinkin that was bt2. blablaba, they'll never make a good dbz game.

recipe for good dbz game:
1 part huge environments/limitless flight height
1 part unlimited power
5 parts destruction

My bet is that Spike is doing what they did with Tenkaichi, likely making a 3 part series and keeping the best for last.

BT3 looks much better.... if BT3 had more combos, bigger battle stages, longer clashes and more scenario destruction, it would be perfect

I'd still buy this and Burst Limit if I had the proper system (PS3) just for the sake of having them. I got every PS2 game from Budokai to Infinite World (yes, including the terrible Sagas) and I only play IW or BT3.

My cousin is collecting all DBZ movies, I'm after the games.

They should be making something better than BT3! Anyway I only had the three budokai's and the three Tenkaichi's. I played and beat Saga's it sucks and I also got burst limit and the Shin budokia's on the psp. I have some on the Gamecube the 2nd and 3rd I borrowed and beat the first from a friend it sucked.

I'm focused on getting the box-sets I have seasons 1,2,3,4, and 8. I plan to get 9 than the cell saga and finally tournament saga. Than get the movies on DVD. Is infinite world good or better than Burst limit if so how?

I still say wait and see.

That's clearly a beta version at best.

I can tell especially by the stage select screen. It only had to stages to play.

Well I don't know what Burst Limit is like, but it's on the same playing field as Budokai 3.

It however lacks a tournament mode, but the controls play smoother then Budokai 3, and it has better characters, so.

Burst Limit... I got it for Christmas. Get Shin Budokai 2 instead. There's more to do. Anything you want to know just ask me!

I sadly bought Burst limit. Shin budokai 2 rocks! IW is better than B3 just no tournament mode is it worth buying? None of my local blockbusters have it I ALWAYS have to buy DBZ games.

I noticed Blockbuster stopped carrying DBZ games after Tenkaichi 2...not like it matters since all the fighting games are the same anyways.

Tenkaichi 3 >>> Tenkaichi 2 though.

Anyway, don't you have more stores then Blockbuster. How about an EB Games, HMV, or CD+.

And in extremely rare cases, you might find some at Wal-Mart.
