Kamehameha: His favorite and signature attack. He learned it after seeing Hari perform it once. He has mastered this technique and can realease the destructive blast from his hands.
Jet Kamehameha: A useful attack it's similar to the original except the user uses the blast to increase their speed usually for a body slam or to get away from an opponent.
Feet Kamehameha: This can be used to grealty increase the speed of the user or to blast the opponent with this attack/
Double Kamehameha
Scatter Kamehameha: He cuffs his hands together and focuses and realeases one giant Kamehameha that splits into several and flies in every direction.
Super Kamehameha: A super version of the Kamehameha.

Hyper Speed: A technique that allows him to increase his speed to that of the speeds near that of the speed of sound. He receives minor burns from each usage and it burns up ki the more distance he uses.

Blutz Wave Ball: Creating this allows him to assume the Oozaru form.

Kaioken: A powerful technique and semi transformation. He can gather a red aura and multiply his power. His muscules expand and his speed increases. The power of his techniques increases and he starts to loose control.This is a dangerous and if can multiplty his power twice or x3. If he does this technique x4 his muscules will ache and he will be much slower and have barely any ki.

Transformations

Oozaru: His ultimate form where his power is increased tenfold and he is giant sized. His speed is decreased slightly and he's very resisent to pain. He can breath fire and fire ki blasts from his mouth. He is capable of flight and is not able to use his normal techniques while in this form. Currently his tail has been blasted off and he can't assume this form.

Bio:Chulance was born on a beutiful planet with a tough father and kind mom. There was an attack on his planet and he and his father escaped. The latter raised him for three years and told him he was a saiyan and about the Saiyan hunters trying to wipe them out ordered to by the last Changeling known as Aiza. Chulance decided he would save his species and left traveling till he got to earth meeting Master Chang and Hari training with them. He than decided to enter the Tournament on earth and met some others such as Hashon, Erica, Taizan, Will, and Cristine. He did well in the tournament fighting Erica and Taizan. He went on to the finals to face Master Chang in disguise as Chen.He became an Oozaru and in the end he lost.

Icer and Dark-Eye came and "killed" Chen. Hashon took them to Dende's tower where Dende heared a barely leaving Chang. Chulance had a rematch with Icer and later trained for a while before continueing to hunt the dragon-balls. He later faced off against Icer one more time and used himself as a living Ki Bomb to kill them both. Dende brought his body to other-world and he left to king kai's planet. He trained with him,Bubbles, Greggory, and some Z fighters. He had Baba return him to earth for 24 hours so he could help out in the final fight against Chaos and ended up defeating him.

He continued to train with his friends until Ovan came and told him of his father's resseruction.Chu and the group went to Namek to help the group and later went to get Ovan's gravity machine so they could stand an actual chance against Aiza's army.

Attacks:
Death Glare :technique invented by slow monks the death glare sends a blast of invisible ki into somone through eye contact paralyzing the victim for a period of 45 seconds)

Ki Cannon: His Signature attack in which he gathers ki and creates a normal sized ball of Ki. He than fires at his opponent and it explodes as soon as it makes physical contact with something however if it dosen't make physical contact with anything it will not explode.

Ki bullets: His favorite technique in which he gathers small amounts of ki in his fingers and begins firing multiple small ki orbs at his opponent that hit with the force of bullets. They can harm bullet-proof people as ki is being used.

Ki Bomb: His ultimate attack and very deadly. He gathers energy and than teleports the energy it has to be somewhere he can see and than it appears and explodes. He has to be able to see the area to create the ki bomb even if watching a real place on TV he can make the bomb appear at that place.

Bio: Taizan was born and raised in a temple. He was raised and taught the ways of a monk as his parents had given him up due to him being born with a power level of 200. He trained at the ways of the monk and made very few friends. He once met a powerful warrior who told him of a stronger art. He decided to go to him and learned of the art of the Assasin and decided to secerelty train with this men getting up to 10,000 by the time he was fourteen the monks found out and he murdered them all. His trainer wanted Taizan's help to find seven orbs called the Dragon-balls.

Instead Taizan decided he wanted to find his parents and he beat his teacher to near death and left to find them wanting revenge. He learned they were wealthy and decided to achieve his goals and he left to train and than entered the tournmanet. He defeated Cristine insulting her and than fighting loosing to Chulance. He learned he was trained by Master Chang and wanted to meet Chang. After the tournament ended he went to the look-out with the others seeking training and decided to go retrieve the Radar from Capsule Corp so Chang would train him. He became rivals with Hashon and later helped battle Dark-Eye finally getting beat by Lord Chaos himself.

Attacks:
Kamehameha - The user cuffs their hands and gathers ki and releases a blue beam aimed at the opponent. At normal power the energy can be explosive or conclusive. However at maximum power it's power is enough to engulf opponents and badly burn or disintegrate opponents.

Shock wave Cannon - An attack Chang has in which he flares up with power and releases a shock wave of invisible ki. The attack is strong enough to send most opponents flying.

Spinal Attack - Chang focus his energy on his opponent. When his finds them he sends out a quick moving burst of energy (to quick to be seen by eyesight) that travels through the body, effecting the opponents spinal cord. This paralyzes the opponent for usually 2 minutes.

Delayed Kamehameha - The Kamehameha is charged as normal, however no beam is released after firing. After a few seconds delay, the attack hits the opponent from behind.

Bio: His history is fairly unknown although it is known he once took students. He encountered Chulance and took him and Hari as students. He trained them well and took them to the world tournament. He entered as the powerful warrior Chen and defeated both of his students struggling more to defeat Chulance. Later Dark-Eye sent Icer and his minions to kill him. Hashon than lead him to the look-out where Dende healed him and he climbed Korin's's tower to get to Dende's where he trained in the simulator for a week and later stayed at the look-out to protect the weaker fighters while others went to get dragon-balls. His home was later destroyed during a fight against Stralun the illusion master and finally he helped stall Chaos till Chulance performed the spirit bomb.

He later continued to help train the group but knew the warriors would eventually surpass him due to him being an old man and them being young. When Ovan came to earth he came with others and prevented a conflict and told them to go stop Aiza and he decided he would protect earth.

Mouth Beam:A beam from his mouth

Atenna Beam: Hashon gathers ki in his attena's and realeases a blast of electricity from them and causing the effect of paralasis on his opponents. The effects last for a minute.

Electric Orb: This similar to Atenna Beam but stronger. He places his right hand infront of him and his left hand on his right hand. He begins to gather ki in his both hands and electricity. He creates a ball of ki and mixes it with Electricity.He then fires the attack it is capable of not only injuring the opponent but also electrecuting them. If someone kicks the this attack back at him or away they will became paralyized for 1 minute due to the electricity in the attack:

Bio:Hashon was born on Namek 3 the new planet Namek and was one of the strongest fighter namek's born. Namek had grown more peaceful and since Hashon wanted his powers to grow so he could become the strongest fighter he left to earth. He traveled to some other planets training and left to earth arriving to join the Wordl Martial arts tournament he fought Chen and later was sent to the hospital. He recovered and learned Chen was Chang. He took him to Dende only wanting him to live so he could defeat him and later he fought Taizan after he stole the radar. He defeated the human and took the radar. He began gathering the dragon-balls and teamed up with the group after he realized he could not stop Dark-Eye. He helped them and was one of the few to fight Lord Chaos in his ultimate form.

He can control and manipulate ki for various effects and skills. Even among the characters with ki control, Hari displays an unsual capability in this area, and this allows him to beat opponents much stronger that him by more effectively. This control allows him
-Enhanced Strength. He's able to push great weights, and punch people through buildings
-Enhanced Durability. He can stand flying at great speeds, and can take physical abuse far above the normal human or even fighter
-Enhanced Speed and reflexes. He can move so fast he leaves behind after images.
-Flight, by the means of the Bukujutsu (sky dance technique)
-enhanced ki sensing. He's able to discern auras thousands of miles away, and is able to tell a persons condition my mere concentration.

Also, he's learned to use his ki to manipulate the element of ice, by freezing moisture in the atmosphere. He can freeze his surroundings to a great degree, and launch ice constructs at opponents. He can also freeze people, either skin deep or to the core.

He seems to have taken it further beyond, and from ice learned water, the learning the 5 elements with succession by using the principle of connection between them.

-After Image: Able to leave behind images to confuse the foes
-Kamehameha: The legendary turtle destruction wave invented by the legendary Muten Roshi. His best attack, though to him by his grandfather. he can both fire a powerful beam, or fire it without charger for a quick and deadly attack. He can also split the beam so as to hit multiple targets.
-Kienzan(aka Destructo Disk). The Kienzan is a razor-sharp disk of energy that can slice through nearly anything; its main weaknesses are that it's generally slow to create, it lacks accuracy, and it can't be guided once it's thrown.
-.50 Caliber ki Shot. A condensed "bullet" of ki that is aimed at the head, exploding on contact and causing the head to explode as well. He performs it by using one hand to "shot" and another to serve as the "scope"

Ice and Water:
-Hi Shiro Te: Fukai Hyouketsu (White Ice Hand: Deep Freeze). An attack developed after honing is new found ice powers. He puts one hand in contact to his opponents body and freezes them solid
-Touketsu Seishou ( Frozen energy). A blast of ki that erupts into an icey blast that freezes the target on contact
-Kyojin Nami (Giant Wave). A huge amount of water is blasted at the foe and is then frozen to create an ice monolite


Earth:
-Tsuchi Ame (Earth Rain). Hundreds of boulders rise up and strike like rain on the target.

Fire:
-Phoenix Kashou: Inferno Bakufuu (Phoenix Song: Inferno Blast). Hari fires a concentrated blast of heat energy at the target, which errupts into a massive whirlpool of fire on contact.
-Tora Kashou: Tooboe Wangetsu Getsuei (Tiger Song: Howling Crescent Moon). A Blast of fire that takes the shape of a crescent moon and hits the target, cutting him by burning through
-Dragon Kashou: Ketatamashii Sen (Dragon Song: Piercing Beam). A concentrated fire beam that pierces even the hardest rock.
-Kame Kashou: Kyousei Kasai Hei ( Turtle Song: Great Fire Wall). As the name suggests, a wall of fire that protects against strong attacks.

Lightning:


Five Paths: These attacks are basic elemental manipulation, only so much ki is applied that the effects are on a massive scale.
-Go Keiro Soshi: Dai Ikazuchi (Five Element Path: Great Thunder). A massive lightning bolt that carries over 300 million volts.
-Go Keiro Soshi: Nami no Kujo ( Five Element Path: Wave of Destruction). A tsunami capable of taking out entire cities
-Go Keiro Soshi: Gouka Funka (Five Element Path: Hell Fire Eruption). A huge gigantic fire blast that burns as hot as hell itself.
-Go Keiro Soshi: Monogokoro no sono Boufuu (Five Element Path: Judgment of the Storm). A huge storm made of winds so strong that rip the flesh from the bones
-Go Keiro Soshi: Tsugi Ichuu Chikara (Five Element Path: Earth Moving Force). And Earthquake so massive it affects the very tectonic plaques

Bio: Hari seems to descend from one of the original Z fighters, as his family passed down stories of knowledge only they could have.. He decided to fight the saiyan and after a double knock-out he trained with them and became very powerful. He entered the tournament and made it to the Semi-finals facing Chen and after using his ultimate attack learned he was Chang in disguise. He surrendered knowing he could not win and rooted for his friends in the final match. Later he tried to save Chang from Dark-Eye's men but failed and went with the others to the look-out helping Erica get the dragon-ball away from the look-out.

He later trained hard in the simulator and fought against Dark-Eye. He batteld Magun,Icer, Kizan, and Stralun in the main base and was severly injured and helped fight Chaos until Chulance arrived to save them. He later decided to go to Namek 3 with the group to gather the dragonballs and prevent Aiza from gaining immortality. He invented a new attack and grew stronger as he helped battle new enemies such as Vulso. He continued to use intellect to gain the advantage over the beings obviously more powerful than him including when he came up with a great plan to stop Liya's hormone control powers on Ovan involving the females on the team stripping.

He helped in the battle against the Ginyu Force and after Chulance surpassed him in power he learned about elemental ki from Ovan and left to learn to use it. He discovered it and told the group he would rejoin the Z fighters after mastering it. He left to learn elemental ice aka water and also learned earth,fire, air, thunder, and wood. He preventeed Ovan's death and batteled Aiza till Rip and Chulance came. He than used his ultimate attack to defeat Aiza and later took Erica's remianing ki energy to fight against Aiza to stall time for Chulance's spirit bomb. He was unble to prevent Ovan's death and he himself was killed by Aiza.

Revenge Strike - A whitish blue aura surrounds Will as he puts his hands forward making a circular motion with his hands. Will's power starts to skyrocket, doubling, then tripling.

A transparent energy ball flickers between the circular motion of Will's hands. When the blue energy ball takes a solid shape, Will places both hand together and yells "REVENGE STRIKE!!!."

The attack fires with such kickback Will himself is almost knocked off balance. Heading for the opponent, the ball takes a more spare shape stabbing through the opponent before taking a ball shape again. We see Will making various hand motions controlling where the attack heads.*

Will: Now for the big boom.

The attack then drops down on to the opponent creating a huge explosion on contact.

Full Powered Energy Beam - Will fires a powerful, concentrated beam of energy.

Bio: Will and Cristine are brother and sister. No family, they vowed to take care of each other, each willing to risk there own life for the other. After meeting martail arts master Chang, they began fighting on the side of good.

Race: Namake.
Aura: Dark blue.
Ki color: blue/white.

Appearance: As with Piccolo, Nail, and all other Namakes. Rip looks exactly like his fellows. He wears white slightly baggy pants and brown shoes.

Story: A strong Namakian fighter.

Moves:

Regeneration - The ability to regenerate lost limbs.

Wild Sense - Disappears and drives his fist into the opponents back.

Merge - Rip can combine body's with any other Namak to increase power. The merge however is a permanent deal.

Death shot - A death beam like attack fired from one finger. blue in color.

Homing volley - A pretty standard volley with the exception that all the blast follows there target instead of going straight.

Spirit of Namakes - Rip rushes in and fires a ki blast at the ground to make him shoot up into sky. Rip then come down at high speed kicking his opponent in the face. Rip then teleports behind his opponent and play ping pong with him/her for a few seconds before slamming the opponent to the ground. He finishes by firing a large double handed energy beam at the opponent.
