Plot: Hundreds of years have passed since the end of the Z fighters and it seems the Saiyan Race has vanished but in reality the few saiyans and saiyan hybrids that exist have went into hiding and as such have become weaker. Other species have trained to grow stronger including humans and it seems evil has died down and others seem to be rising now than a new journey continus as the universe begins to grow again

Rules

-I want to keep the amount of saiyans to a minimum. There are tons of unique species in Dragonball such as humans, androids, Changelings ,Namekians, Yadrats, ect. Plus you can make up your own species as well

- This occurs in the Dragon-World, so technology is still the same. There are a few more aliens living one arth, but in hiding

- I'll upgrade the power level's of characters after things such as training sessions

- You can have a unlimited amount of characters

- Enjoy yourself.

A saiyan space-pod is seen moving through space at high speeds, heading towards the home of the human race aka Earth.

*A man and a women are seen sparring in a open field. The women seems to be evading all the guys punches rather smoothly.*

Women: You have more power brother... but you can't catch me.
Guy: You always was the quick one huh.

(Good Setsuna were just introducing our characters, so join in. Also Lol, yes but we sped it up. I want us to move at a normal pace, not focus on one villain. and Unlike Akira acknowledge our support characters)

The space-pod speeds off, and minutes later it collides into the earth. The pod opens up, and a tailed warrior emerged looking around at the mountain range. The warrior has a blue scouter, and spiky black hair. He's dressed in blue jean pants, and grey T shirt. He begins to levitate, keeping his power level supressed to 5.

???: Must complete the mission..

He flies off into the air.

(Awaimei Shikyo is characters name he's a dangerous Seraphim but his powers has been sealed in side young man named Taiyuki Syu. He a young martial artist 17 year old martial artist who's been training in Muay Thai, Hapkido, Jujitusu, Judo, Karate, and Hun-gar. He's on a quest to challenge the world of martial arts in search of who he is)

Taiyuki collapsed after a hard hot day of training.

*The saiyan continued to fly through the air, until he spotted West City, and landed*
???: Now then to begin my quest....
*He walked over to a man*

Taiyuki was prancing his famous KI technique the Rising Dragon basically it when the user channels their KI into their fists Blue and yellow aura comes out in the form in a dragon. Today Taiyuki was going to meat Master Kusho the Dragon hermit from east city. And receive more training to master hi Ki.

Chulance had his tail wrapped around his waist, and he began reading the signs around. He spotted a restaurant and raced in.

Chulance: FOOOD!

The 2 sibling from earlier soon approach the same city, finished there little sparring match.*

Women: Come on brother, I'm hungry.
Man: Calm down Cristine, the restaurant isn't going anywhere. Jeez.
Cristine: I know that, but the quicker we get there Phil, the sooner we can eat.

(Chu's in West City, just telling you since you said "Same city")

*Chulance began eating like crazy, on his seventh full course meal*
Chulance:DELICIOUS! THIS APPETIZER IS AMAZING! MOAR
Waitress: O_O
Chulance: NOOOW!
Waiter:Right.... *Sweat-drop*

*The 2 soon arrive at the restaurant in West City. They quickly catches a view of the massive pile of dishes on Chu's table, and notice he's still gulping down food.*

Phil: Damn... that's one hungry dude...

*Cristine doesn't say nothing, merely wondering how the hell he can eat so much.*

Cristine: Um... yeah... lets get to our table huh.

*They make there way to a empty table, soon a waiter comes to them.*

*Chulance continues to eat, as he's now on his 20th course of food, and the waiter comes*

Waiter: Um sir..
Chulance: I WANT SECONDS!?
Waiter: YOU ATE ALL THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT!
...........
*The waiter sighs*
Waiter: Were really sorry guys.... but that crazy man ate all the food..

Cristine: All of it... seriously?
Phil: Would seem so. Well, thank you. Well just have a few drinks to go if that's acceptable.
Waiter: Certainly.

*The waiter walks off.*

Phil: Well, at least a drink is better then nothing. We still need to find a place to get some actual dinner though. How about that place across town?
Cristine: *sigh* Alright.

*The waiter speaks to Chulance*

Waiter: You need to pay the bill of $900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Dollars..
Chulance:Huh... no I am an elite, I need not to pay for nourishment
Waiter: Your crazy! PAY
Chulance:NO!

He grabbed the waiter throwing him against a table, and other waiters began to call the police. Chu began walkning towards the exit.. as police cars came.

*Cristine then arrives in front of the door as Phil walks up behind Chulance.*

Cristine: Hey, you can't just steal food like that!
Phil: Why is it people like you think the law doesn't apply to them.

*Chulance growled*

Chulance: I'm still hungry!? I didn't even get seconds! I am an Elite! I advise you lesser life-forms to step out of my way, or prepare to face the consequences...

Phil: Lesser life forms...
Cristine: This guy seems to think highly of himself.
Phil: Take him down sis and let the police deal with it.
Cristine: Right.

She teleports in landing a punch to Chu's face.*

*Chulance is not even phased by the punch, he flares up to 4000, and throws Cristine flying into a police vehicle*

Chulance: Fine then.. I'll get to learn a bit about the power level's on the planet.

(Okay then what are Cristine and Phil's power level's? I'm gonna put Chu at about Saiyan Level Vegeta, there humans so maybe around Nappa's level to Goku without KK?)

(Well Phil is the stronger one, Cristine lacks power in comparison but is faster. So what was Nappa's level, around 5000 right. If we put Phil there, Cristine would be probably be around a 1000 points lower in regards to battle power.)

*Phil quickly turns back around.*

Phil: What the, sis!

*Phil forms a ki ball and fires it at Chulance.*

(Nappa's level was 4000 exactly, he's an awesome dude! Anyway 4000 and 1000? )

*Chulance moves forward as the ki blast slams into him, and he gets sent flying into the restaurant, however he kicks the ki ball high in the air*

Chulance: Well then pretty...strong for a human.

Still keeping his power at Phil's level, he charges forward throwing two kicks*

(No, 4000 and 3000 (roughly). Cristines power is roughly a thousand points lower then Phil in regards to power.)

*Phil catches the kick in the palm of his hand, then go's to spin kick Chulance in the face.*

Phil: That was my sister man.

*Out side, Cristine is rubbing the back of her head, the dent in the door of the cop car behind her showing where she impacted.*

Cristine: That's gonna leave a mark... man, who is this guy.

*She soon gets up and speed back inside the restaurant.*

(Oh okay, well anyway we can raise them up. I want this to be more free spirited, adventure type then one saga all the team. Sorta like the original Dragon-ball ya know?)

*Chulance is hit and sent flying into the restaurant, that begins to fall apart, the people inside have run*

Chulance: I told you guys the situation already, you just had to be a bother, one thing I will admit you humans are determined.. Now let's have some fun!

Chulance gathered some ki in his hands, charged forward getting close, and unleashing a blue ki blast.

*Phil is about to block but another ki blast deflects Chulance's, making it go off course.*

Cristine: A ki attack?
Phil: *nod* Yes. We have a lot more on our hands here then merely a common thug like we expected. This person is a least as powerful as me.
Cristine: Lets see how quick he is then.

*Cristine makes a small jump, going into rapid movement mid way and attacks Chulance with fast punches and kicks. (like a sayian would, you could have him figure out her fighting pattern and then catch her fist, or knock her back or something and have your man point of her flaw of being quick but lacking power in her hit )

As Cristine attacks, Phil starts focusing ki into a energy attack. (his power would appear to be rising, but it'd only be the power of the attack that's really rising.)

*Chulance smiled*

Chulance:So you all can use ki energy? This planet is more interesting then I thought it would be... As powerful?

He powered up, using his aura to repel her. This sent her flying, and he then cracked his neck.

Chulance:* Turns to Phil*Your power is rising!
