Cristine: He... repelled me back with nothing but his ki energy...

*After charging Phil fires his attack at Chulance.*

(Been thinking about joining DN for quite a while now. I'm just not really sure if I want to join it.)

*Chulance stands guard as the beam slams into him, he yells as he's pushed back, the ground breaking aart*

Chulance: How can a human generate so much power?! Well then your pretty tough, kid..

Chulance began to power up going to 4500, he gathered ki, He released a ki beam starting to push Phil's beam back.

Phil: What the. Damn, he was hiding his power. Who is this guy, how could we not of sensed him before. (fyi, they think he is human after all)

*Hoping to turn the the struggle back to Phil's advantage, Cristine generates a ki blast and shoots it at Chulance.*

*The blast slams into Chulance, and he is hit by the full force of Phil's a beam, a massive explosion wiping out the entire restaurant. Chulance walks out half of his shirt torn off his power level now 5000*

Chulance: Enough of this foolishness.. I have a mission and it must be complete.

He then flies in the air, and exits the area at incredible speed.

Phil: This guy is going to be trouble... he's incredibly strong and fast. There is nothing more we can do here. He didn't hurt you did he?

Phil: Good, we should head home.

Chulance: WHO IS THE RULER OF THIS PLANET?!
Man: I TOLD YOU! Mayor Bopo!
Chulance:Were does he reside, I seek direction to your leader!?
Man:MAN! JEEZ ASK A TRAVEL GUIDE!

Chulance tossed the man aside, and walked inside an ice-cream shop. He smiled at the smell of ice cream.

Chulance: Excuse...me were does Mayor Bopo live?
Man; Central City, man do you want some ice-cream
Chulance:This is food?
Man:Yeah
Chulance: I'll have some of the white kind.

Chulance took a seat, and began to eat.

(Okay recap is Tayuki Setsuna's dude started training. Chulance a saiyan came down to earth, searching for something. First he ate, got into a fight with Phil and Cristine because he did not pay. Now Chu is searching for the king of the earth aka Bopo, and let's make him a cat like in DBZ)(Your dude can be at the ice-cream shop Chu is at )

*Chulance finishes the ice-cream*
Chulance: Delicious more please!?
Man: Sure thing..how much
Chulance: A LOT!

The man gets a triple scoop for Chu.

*Chulance stands up*
Chulance: Thanks for the meal,
Owner: Welcome, now then couch up the cash.

Owner: Yeah man...the zeni, the money
Chulance: *Smiles*Oh no need.. sorry I'm an elite, it's not required

He begins to walk towards the exit, the owner grabbing him.

Owner:YO MONEY!?
Chulance: My god, do you people not understand!

He throws the owner against a wall, and once again people began to dial the police. Chulance shakes his head.

(wait, is space travel common knowledge or do humans still don't know that aliens and the such exist? Also, Hari is the exact same as the other RP, but of course his powers aren't as developed yet, and he's also rich)

Chulance: Yes, why do you sound so confused?

(I skipped about 200 years from the original DB, knowledge of space travel and aliens isn't released until Dark-Eye becomes active in the year 800. Or a few years before that I think because Trunks and Capsule Corp tell them, so they join forces with other species, and humans unlock saiyan blood. Anyway that's DBO for ya, an epic plot in the making. This plot occurs before DBO, but we can go into the DBO plot-line later)
