Wong - Simple; I was thinking of ways that I could make things realistic. For example, the talking animals had to go, as did the frantic fight scenes, the gigantic monkeys, the weird powers, the immense amount of techniques, the personalities, the character's looks, the locations, the series brand of "humour" and more.

Wong - Why you young rapscalion!! How dare you talk to me in such a way!! And what did you do to my attractive and incredible stars?? And I didn't remove my amazing and influential movie from theatres because fans were enjoying it!! Those that said I "raped their childhood memories" are just idiots who can't accept that I made like one tiny change to the story of Dragonball for my film! I didn't lie in any interviews; I'm the biggest Dragonball fan in the world, my knowledge of it is unrivalled, in fact; Akiri Torueema, the author, is my best friend and I am the uh... godfather to his children. Also, we didn't rush the movie, it took me a full 6 minutes to write the script!!!
