Here's a little review from me:

I'd say overall the acting is better than it was before. The script is closer, but there are still some unnecessary changes. The opening and ending themes' lyrics were totally changed. Sean Schemmel sings the opener and some guy called Jerry, can't remember his last name, sings the end theme. Those were more pointless changes in my opinion.

Here is a list of pointless changes:

Ten Shinhan is still being called Tienshinahan.

They added in a changed to Yamcha's character to foreshadow the breakup with Bulma. Bulma makes remarks about how Yamcha is taking other girls on dates.

The TV version has the beer changed, and I'm guessing Roshi's pervert remarks were toned down. This may differ from the DVD and Blu-ray release.

The word Saiyan is still mispronounced as 'Sayan'.

Everything else I've seen is close enough to not be too noticeable. Gohan changed his future goals to be more in line with the Japanese version.

Best of all, they got rid of that dreadful, pointless name "Special Beam Cannon" and changed it to it's appropriate name "Makankosappo". I'm guessing they'll fix the names of the other attacks - Solar Flare/Taiyo Ken, Spirit Ball, Spirit Bomb/Genki Dama - as well... at least I hope so.

Personally, I'll stick with the Japanese dub, though I do like to go back and watch it in English to remove the need for subtitles so these changes can be annoying if you're like me and like to go back and watch it in a language you understand.

This one's not region-locked but the quality sucks and its a short clip, but you get to hear an important change.

Just use a proxy server and you can watch it xD
