yeah that was a book full of uglies, but the story was good. and there's a new robin in it that's a girl, she's awesome.

-He also seems to have gotten a nose-job in this. If you think he's old here, you ought to see him in the Justice League future where Terry, the new Batman is all grown up. Bruce is in a wheelchair hacking up a storm and collapses just trying to reach for his meds. It was kinda depressing even for a cartoon.

She became Catgirl in the sequel, which was kind of neat. I find it kind of ironic how the female Robin in the main DCU (Stephanie Brown aka Spoiler) is now Batgirl.

TDKR's art style really turned me off. I found a copy in a store one time, flicked through it and then never glanced at the book again.

Also, I've read a few issues of that All Star Batman and Robin, the infamous G.D.B. universe. Everytime Dick Grayson shows up, they remind us of his age. And Batman was an asshole in that series; he suggests that Dick eat rats in the Batcave to keep from starving and then slams Alfred against a wall for giving the boy a burger and some french fries. He's just unaturally sadistic and cruel in that series. I know Bats isn't a nice guy in the comics, but he isn't... isn't... that!

Ohh I love the 90's batman cartoon series so much <3

yeah the art in DKR is kinda overly stylized and ugly, but it looks better as the book goes on, IMO.

I thought her catgirl costume was kinda stupid though, she looked like Chester Cheeto with rollerstakes. also, the cat-type of her costume changed CONSTANTLY for no reason. one page she's a leopard, next she's like a tiger or something

lol, I didn't know she changed what kind of cat she was. That's pretty funny. Should have just stuck to black or purple or something along those lines.

He/she kinda looks like a bulldog. I didn't realize they could be so wrinkly. I also didn't realize they have a similar marking to the Pokemon Ursaring.
