Fujiko: This is the straw that broke the camels back. We can't keep taking this. It's obvious this is the result of some insurgents from rugonkai getting the drop on him! We've been seeing the signs of the rebellion for months now, the growing escalating attacks on shinigami out on missions. They want the Central 46's immediate dissolution, and after months, it seems that the Onmitsukidou cannot come up with the leader of this little uprising!
Kiriko: Are you questioning my Onmitsukidou's effectiveness?
Fujiko: My question to you Captain Tsuntsuki is...who isn't?

Zouken; Ladies Ladies, please calm down. No one is doubting anyone, were doing the best we can do, we all are. Getting mad at each other, will only slow down the process to discovering the murderer behind this. I highly doubt the Rugonkai is behind this, there be large amounts of them, but there merely human in terms of capabilities, even a Rookie Shinigami could take care of a group of them.

Fujiko: Sure they lack proper training, but the larger mass of shinigamis all come from there...don't forget Zouken

"The 7th division captain speaks again"

man: Ya may be right Zouken boy, but we need to account for the rebels hiding there. It's that or...they're within the Seireitei. What we CAN confirm however, is that this is the work of someone with great power, to take out that Sousuki boy so easily

Zouken :ah Ah, don't worry then, if there rebels, most of us can handle them ,but I guess your right, since a captain is dead, why not send some Shinigami down to Rugonkai, and patrol it more heavily, station some of the Black Ops there maybe, The Kido Squad can set up barriers or biding or what not, I think we should study the swords that were used to kill Iwamasaki, we might be able to trace the killer's origins, or find out who's responsible for the weapons creation.

Saori: We're already working on the blades...and since Captain Iwamasaki was the 9th Division's leader...
Fujiko: My division will work in conjunction with the 9th division to set up the patrols, don't worry. We need to work on replacing him soon however...

*In the 9th division a seeming young man moves around fairly calmly despite the chaos going on.*

Fujiko: We'll be working with the 9th division in setting up patrols around rukongai. You and Kaneda will work with their lieutenant and 3rd seat understood?

"Shari makes his way back to a forest area, instead of heading back to his division, he's not in the mood to in the midst of all the rumors going on, he wasn't scared, instead he was excited somewhat, he was practicing combat in mid air."

Shari: HA YES! I'm GOING to kill whatever killed the Captain! I'll be a hero! EVERYONE will respect me!

"Meanwhile, Kaneda and Sasaki have arrived at the 9th division barracks. There, waiting for him, are the young man from before, and the lieutenant of the 9th division"

Kaneda: Don't do anything rash, and if you need backup...call for it on the double. These people killed a captain. Don't assume you can easily take them

Nagato: Very well. Lets get this started then, soon this place is secured the better.

"The squads move out"

*All the group but 2 which stay with Nagato spread out.*

"As Nagato's group is separated, So is Sasaki's. Kaneda and Tetsuo keep their respective groups together"

"After a few hours of patrolling, nothing uneventful happens with the groups. Sasaki is sitting down expecting a report from 2 of his men that had gone to check a nearby area...but they don't return"

Sasaki: Odd...guess I'll have to go check out the

"Just as Sasaki says this, he notices a huge reiatsu around him. He draws his sword just in time to save the two men next to him, but the other 2 get hit with an arrow and killed instantly. The other two men meanwhile faint from the powerful spirit"

Sasaki: What the!!

"In much the same way, Nagato's team also gets attack, but by quick assassination like tactics from unidentified assailants"

*Nagato himself is left standing alone. He seems to show no remorse for the men around him, and although this wasn't true, keeping his calm was most important.*

Nagato: They went after the squad members, but not me directly, hmm, why. The assignations was quick, and never launched from one direction.
