New Forum Title

As you might have head already, we have intentions of transforming this forum to the general live action adaptations protest forum, because of that we've decided to make this poll and shrink down the choices in order to orient better on which kind of title we want, at least...or at the best case to make a clear unambiguous choice.

Please express your opinion on which of these titles seems the best to you, or if you perhaps have some other suggestions we'd gladly like to hear them.

Multiple choice is allowed, so let the voting start!

(as time goes this poll might change as we hear some good suggestions and put them in poll or scrap ones that sound not too good to us).

I personally like the title liveactionprotest.forumotion.com, since it's easy to memorize. A good title should be easy to memorize

Dude, you can't guard nostalgia xD. I mean you can your own maybe, but it's not a universal value as you make it sound with that title. Some dumb fuck may consider it nostalgic when he remembers this crap if they should release the sequel in 20 years or so, and he'll want to protect that xD.
That one seems off to me, on the others I don't really have an opinion.

Guardians of Nostalgia is something I also thought it would sound lame at first, but I still put it, and now I actually see some people like it

Sure, but we can't be literal about those things(as literal I am myself ), look at the rest of the titles, do they have any more sense in that way?
It doesn't have to sound perfectly correct, the point is that it should make some sense and should sound nice.
Look at the Nostalgia Critic, can you critique nostalgia? you cant but still an awesome title.
One thing that "nostalgiaguardians" does include and others don't is the possibility of poor CG adaptations and basically anything that is not faithful to the source material whatever it is. Others include just live action strictly.

But hey I am very grateful for your suggestion and every other, just keep on suggesting and voting and we will eventually come up with something we're satisfied with.

^sure you can, you can critic anything you want, that's not a solid comparison. It's not that it doesn't sound correctly, what if I say that your nostalgia is crap and open a forum guardianofrealnostalgia.blablatructruc xD. People may get the wrong idea, like I said, it's not a universal value, hence who are you to proclaim yourself the guardian of it. It's about semantics, not how it sounds ^^.
As for the others, there's a reason I said i don't have an opinion about them xD, they may or may not make sense, but they're not that limited with their meaning, though a few of them may raise a few questions.

It's not a universal value, hence who are you to proclaim yourself the guardian of it

I totally agree with that...BUT who here says we are guarding EVERYONE'S nostalgia? doesn't it go without saying that we guard those that are precious TO US, just like you said, its a relative term.

I believe that description up there^ below the banner is what is really important to be correct, precise and clear, address itself IMO should just be symbolical, clear and easy to remember.
But ok, if you have a suggestion on how to say nostalgia in a way that it only includes OUR personal nostalgia, then it would be even better! but its not easy to come up with something like that.

If there was only a global term for anime/manga/games/books/ I guess it can all be called art but still what does artguardians mean :/

^I know, I didn't mean anything by it, just giving you an insight into the language point of view.
And yes, the whole point was whether people will get that it's just our nostalgia, the reason it doesn't go without saying in this case is because of the word guard and the meaning IT has.
If I do think of a suitable suggestion I'll post it ^^, and again you may choose whatever you want, I just thought I should mention this since people easily disregard things like these, for reasons that probably don't need mentioning xD.

^Sure, I understand, but unfortunately I believe that there will always be conflicts, misunderstandings and prejudices in whichever case.

So lets continue our journey to find the proper title, I am sure we'll think of something, if not then the one with most votes wins.
