Death Uprising

Plot: For the past Cenutry, as civilization, and technology evolved so did evil in the form of organized crime, and corruption. As it rose, more deaths occured, and the world slowly rotted from the crime, now it's the year 2011, and it seemed the rise of crime will never end, until it did began to be fought against in the form of a heart attack. A Criminal was killed with the use of something known as a Death Note,a supernatural note book who when a name is written in the note book, the human dies. Now said user of the death note intends to use it to eliminate crime.

Rules
-No connection to the original DN universe, all original characters.
-Oliver is my character, no other DN's are to be distrubuted atm.
-Only a few people have died from heart attacks.

"Johanh sat down in his room, he had no friends, no reason for living apparently, his parents had been murdered from a young age, his father was in charge of a billion dollar company, he'd been passed around from foster home to foster home, his foster parents simply wanting the check, and eventually his final set of adoptive parents truly lived him, but were eventually killed in a hit and run, that had broken him, now after studying and work he'd ended up going to College, he'd become a Detective after that, and worked his best to avoid issues involving his brutality he used on criminals, which made him a skilled interrgator, he was at his apartment.

Kato: And the world..will..come to love me..eventually even the feeble minded will realism there is someone passing judgment on them! SOMEONE passing righteous judgment, everyone has something they can atone for, something they will burn for, I am merely last in line.

"He was talking to himself again, smiling."

*In the streets of a undisclosed city, a group of 3 males walked down the street, dressed all the same in black jackets over gold color T shirts, and black pants with gold strips down the side. One male was tall, and broad, black in skin color, the jacket hide his muscle build and figure. The guy to his right was a white male, he looked somewhat overweight, yet strong, a face saying "fuck with me and die". To the black mans left was a taller white guy, shorter then the black guy though. With as far as we could tell, a slim build, through again the jacket conceals his figure.*

Slim White Male: Hell yea, the Hell cats rule this city. Isn't life grand. Bitches left and right, we kill half the time for the shits of it, and the police are wrapped around out little fingers, either black mailed or bribed.
Black Male: All that's left is to crush our compassion.
White Male: Hm, the old timer can put us on whatever mission he wants, so long as he keeps paying.
Black Man: I hear that brother.

"Kato had finished talking to himself, and was sipping a can of sprite, wondering what was to come next. Watching the news which was talking about the criminals that had died over 100 criminals had died all of heart attacks in one week, he grinned, a winged creature stood in the room, his name was Ryuk."

Ryuk: You seem pleased.. enjoying yourself. Humans are so interesting.
Kato: OF course, soon crime will be wiped out.

*The 3 figures enter a strip club, going to the back room where they lay wads of cash on a table.*

Black Guy: Business is good for us, with the other crime leaders dying and all. We'll soon have full control.
Lead (hidden in shadows): Good, yes, real good indeed.

Ryuk: IRonic isn't it a detective who goes against the rules who kills criminals, do you have any ulterior goals are you just crazy my friend/
Kado: I need to be a God,huamnity has had several religions over their years, and I will be the NEW God, I will judge the wicked, I will eliminate them, in the end I will be the last remnant of evil, and when the time comes I'll be eliminated, but by then I would ave made a a pure innocent world, because out of darkness comes light..and I am the one who will bring the light out of the darkness, meaning I do not have times for this rambles, sooner or later the police will take action, and as a Detective I want to be assigned to me on case to stay on the inside
Ryuk: Interesting interesting.
Kado: Right, I am prepared for everything..trust me.

"Meanwhile, at the FBI, there was a huge discussion going down. It seemed that the 100 deaths had sparked a world wide search...but no clues were found anywhere on the bodies. Federal agencies around the world, and even some intelligence agencies, were hunting down possible clues and suspects"

"A man in the meeting, around 20, was just listening to the day's debriefing. It seemed most deaths occurred in the USA, which seemed to lead some to believe the killed was American. The young agent, Ralph, was just wondering what the next move would be, when suddenly, the man making the presentation got a call. After about 10 minutes, he signaled Ralph"

Ralph: Yes?
Man: Alright...we have a personal help that's going to assist the department. He's a bit paranoid, so he picked out a random seat number and he's insisted that that person goes
Ralph: How will he know it's me?
Man: Trust me...guy has contacts in every agency in the world...chances are this place is bugged...just go

"Kado had tried not to focus on the USA, although his first experimentation was in the USA, but if they tracked him down to the United States it was still huge, and with his Japanese citizenship, he could always escape the country to elude them, having connections, and a done a few cases with ICO taking a break from America wasn't within the realm of impossibility, he wondered what would happen."

Ryuk: What you thinking about?
Kado: How this will go..the main suspect ion is that..the killer is a large organization, using some sort of drug, some sort of New World Order, Conspiracy Theorists believe this is some elaborate trick by the Government, the Government itself has probably already decided I've lived in America, I missed the meeting, because.. frankly I was not interested..but I'll head down and go meet up with them, and I'll get some apples
Ryuk: Yea!...

"Kado led the shinigami to his vehicle, an expensive car, a mercadies, with a police lights built in the roof, but they weren't flashing, as he headed down to the station."

Leader: It's about time we over take this city. With no more gang wars, this will be a secure area.
Black guy: Our home turf. *grin*
Leader: Then we can expand outward to other city's. Derreck (black guy) you lead the attack squad. Mark (fat white guy) you handle the watch crew, and Jimmy (skinny white guy) you take crowd control and clean up. We prove our dominance tonight.

"The young Ralph is outside, waiting for something. Suddenly, a car drives right near him. The driver motions him to get in"

Ralph: This...is somewhat crazy...

"He gets in the car without much question"
