Like I said this is a hard debate its really hard to compare it due to both DBZ and Superman are not having all scenes 100% serious but rather sometimes they are just metaphorical.

Still here is my opinion:

Considering Vegeta when was young on the beginning of DBZ, who. with blast shot from his two fingers could destroy a whole planet(yes it was rather small planet, like our moon but STILL)

Goku SSJ is enough to beat any superman from any series since he is incomparably stronger than that Vegeta back then.

Brolly alone destroyed few galaxies one by another within seconds...And Goku still beat him while he was SSJ1.(sure with help of the rest of DBZ fighters and their energy but still, imagine SSJ3).

And SSJ4 I personally don't include in DB franchise, sorry, respect to those who does, there is nothing THAT WRONG with it but still I personally like it this way, like it all ended at DBZ.
