Well no see Goku can destroy the solar system but Apo can transmutate matter like Buu but without having his beam hit see what I'm saying? He can transmute matter with the wave of a hand and can teleport Goku into the sun

Dude do you how difficult training like that is I mean they're no way put as much weight as you can light when training like that somebody can lift a lot of weight like 225lbs but only train with 5lbs.
dumbells when train like that. Because it's way harder and Goku's not lifting anything Punching and kicking ith so his punches can become harder, stronger, and Faster and his kicks aswell. I'm pretty confident can do a lift alot more.

Um Sephi most cosmic beings in comics own Goku like Surfer and pepole. Apol can move at superhuman speeds much faster than the speed of sound He can insta teleport though so he can kill Goku before he reacts. Goku's max at SSJ4 is having trouble lifting 100 tons

Goku can move at light speed when he uses Instant Transmissoin if he locks onto a ki signature which Apolypse dosen't have. Apol can wave his hand to teleport Goku into the sun or to a powerless human

Alright then. Here's where it fails

The building was

A: Alone much heavier than 40 tons
B: Filled with stuff that probably go over 10 tons.

Add to this that he was more preoccupied with putting it back carefully, and you argument is broken. If he wanted he would just send it flying. He was being careful not to hurt people. You need to put things into context if your going to use them in an argument like this.

Instant Transmission is not exactly movement per say, it's teleportation. He's not moving, he's disappearing and appearing.

Finally, Sephi, there are individuals that could easily beat Goku.
Dark Phoenix from Marvel.
Wolverine from Marvel
Silver Surfer from Marvel
Doctor Manhattan from DC Comics
Flash from DC Comics.

wolverine or flash could never beat goku, not in a million years, the rest you mention are up for debate

Wolverine can regenerate from anything...granted, Goku could just disintegrate him....didn't think of that sorry

Flash is another thing. He can go at speeds that would leave Goku spinning. Plus, he can do this weird shit where he excites his atoms to pass through objects. The effect of this on the objects atoms cause them to disassemble, effectively imploding the object. Anything made out of atoms follows this rule, so Goku kinda looses.

And don't make me explain the others.

Dark Phoenix is a telepathic, a telekinetic, sun eating entity. I doubt Goku would win.

Then Dr. M. can just kinda wave his hand and destroy Goku. Granted, Dr. M is very OP, so he shouldn't even be in these discussions.

Silver Surfer is a bit more challenging. I suppose I really can't argue this one, but if he couldn't won, he would still give Goku a run for his money, even SSJ4 Goku.

Dude, that going back in time is null and void. He maybe only did that once or twice in special conditions. And Goku CAN move a building.

WRONG! Flash has traveled through time so many times it's uncountable and you know it. Goku CAN't move a building in fact he can't pick one up GT is non cannon he can only lift 40 tons. The CANNOT blow up a solar system the strongest can blow up planets

Not. Cell stated himself when he was charging the Solar Kamehameha that he not only going to blow up the planet, but the whole Solar System.

So one can assume, everything stronger than Cell can.

And come one...he can lift a building. He trains with 40 tons ON HIS BODY, and walks and moves fairly normal.

If he puts strength in to...then he can easily lift much more than 40 tons.
