Anime recommendations

Speaking of godlike, I got a recommendation from YouTube to watch an anime called "Ah! My Goddess!". Does anyone know if that anime is any good because I think Funimation's been posting every episode of their dub for awhile now.

Oh, and is 'Gintama' any good? I keep seeing ads for it, but it was never released in an English dub even though it looks ripe to be a show that plays alongside Bleach on [Adult_Swim]. Is it action-oriented, comedy, or both (like some sort of fusion of Dragon Ball and Bleach)?

PLOT: Set several years after "The Great Uprising", a future geological phenomenon in the Kanagawa Prefecture near Tokyo , people have developed a power granting them the ability to deconstruct, reshape, and crystalize matter at a molecular level using only thought and willpower. These people have come to be known as "Alter" users. With only 1% of the newborn generations (in the affected area) receiving such special power, though this number rises steadily as the series progresses, some feel a superiority over normal humans.

There are two opposing forces of alters: the Native Alters, a group of Alter users who live outside the central city and avoid any relationships with the government; and HOLY, an organization of Alter users that are a subgroup of an organization called HOLD. HOLD functions as the Mainland government's super police force of the Lost Ground (affected area), while HOLY, composed exclusively of Alter users, serves as the 'special operations' group, aiding HOLD in performing dangerous missions that might require the help of an Alter user.

Kazuma and Ryuhou are the two s-CRY-ed characters bearing a rivalry used to drive and focus the plot. They spend much of the series trying to defeat each other, even when they are forced to work together when solving the misteries behind the alter ability and the HOLD true objectives!!

Try Birdy the Mighty. There's both OVAs from the 90s and a recent TV series. Watch both. Birdy is deliciously hot

Can't say I remember anything. I'm in the middle of watching Mushishi, Mononoke and Sengoku Basara. So far I like all 3. Particular good mention of Mononoke. It's fucking awesome.

The first episode is just amazing... you guys must at least see the first episode..lol

GENRE: Supernatural, romance, mistery

Mina then reveals to the world the existence of vampires and her desire for both races to live together. Tensions, however, run high as fearful humans and extremist vampire factions begin to interfere with Mina's wish for peace with the human world.

It didn't start with this though. it started with an issue with CNN some time back and a certain eroge game.
In truth, that game is just plain stupid yes, but the entire culture is getting fucked over, at least the western version

We rely on the net for subs, seeing as the localizations almost never do a good job

but Bund is not loli hentai... i mean there was not even a sex scene there...lol... so its not hentai!
i admit that the main character is a child (althought with the mentality of an adult because she is a vampire), and she is involved in some situations like Ichigo and Yoruichi....lol...but no more than that!! i also admit that some scenes are not needed for the plot.. its just fanservice!! funanimation cutted it... so the most sensible people can watch!

So saying that Bund sucks just because some people can not distinguish child porn from something else is not fair (maybe they are Freud descendents...lol.. since those guys only see one thing in life ).

Dance in the vampire bund is one of the best i saw (and i already saw a lot of animes)... the plot is good... the dialogue... the characters itself... even the animation (was different from the usual, but very good)!! thats why i recommend it.

Seriously.. people just need to forget for awhile that reproduction exists... it looks like they can not think in something else :S

Tons of action and funny moments awaits for you! The fights and powers are very good and the characters are totally crazy LOL

ANIME: Needless

GENRE: action, comedy, science fiction

PLOT: Needless is set in the future, after World War III. Because of the events of WWIII, specifically the bombings, a black spot has appeared in what was once Tokyo. The inhabitants of this area have gained special powers called "Fragments". The city's people on the outside have a label for those that have these strange powers: "Needless". I do not want to spoil you more, so go watch it NOW...lol

ANIME MOVIE SERIES: Kara no Kyoukai (7 movies)

Im currently watching this, and this movies are very well done... specially the movie 5!!! EPIC.. is the word to describe it... the plot is complex as hell and the action scenes are totally brutal with beautifull choreographies




GENRE:Action, supernatural, violence, thriller, horror

PLOT:Its about a teenaged girl, who possesses the "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception", a supernatural ability that allows the user to see the inherent mortality of everything (both living and non-living) in the form of lines and a single point (which is the "origin" of the object) which is shown by having a rainbow-like color in her pupils. A cut along any line will bifurcate the object, no matter the sharpness of cutting tool used, and a stab at the point destroys the object's origin, causing instant death.

If you liked Kara no Kyoukai, then make sure to read both Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night

i saw the anime fate stay night... and i have tsukihime already downloaded!
I do not know if im going to download the novels (i really do not like to read..LOL), but the story of kara no kyoukai is just amazing... Maybe i will do that in the future..

If you haven't read Fate /Stay Night, do it

You just need to skim through the Fate route really quick, and both Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel are completely different from the anime (anime focused on the Fate route as I've said)

This is a simple request. Please list down EVERY SINGLE anime you found to be interesting or awesome. ANYTHING. However, you are moar awesome if the anime has a romantic subplot. Please make giant walls of text, because it's very likely I will have watched or know most of your recommendations. Try to recommend stuff that is NOT on the master anime suggestion list, romanceanime.com, or anime-planet.com. If there is a certain anime you just LOVE, go ahead and put it down. It might be an anime I know but haven't bothered to watch, so that would be awesome too.

My favourite genre is animes full of supernatural action with great battles... they may have comedy or not... But if you like the genre you should try those i mentioned...

I find this very creepy and strange. When Jessica is active on this forum Vampire Knight is also active but when Jessica becomes inactive for a while Vampire Knight is too in inactive. And the Same day Jessica returns Vampire knight returns....
