Can I make another character?

If it has something to do with the orbs, then lets do it over pm, I have plans for what each orb can do. If your speaking of another character in general though, to add on to the existing roster, then go for it.

I'm thinking of adding another character as well, anyway new chapter is tight! Wonder what Izoru is gonna do, now I'm gonna go read the first 55 chapters, I can't read stuff without me in it

Here's my next character


Name: Anna
Age: 21
Height: 5.4 (about average for a girl)
Build: Slim
Hair/eyes: brown hair, dark green eyes
Race: Human
Clothing: A white top, and a black miniskirt. She wears elbow protectors (not padded) and some red fingerless gloves. These gloves area actually pretty strong and protect her fist from getting hurt while using certain attacks
Personality: Anna tends to joke and act optimistic around everyone she meets, and tends to get along with anyone, even if the person isn't necessarily a good person. Her concepts of good and evil aren't whats important to her, much rather her own personal freedom, but she tends to still help others in need. She doesn't like people that dwell over the past and little details, and will tell them off for doing so. She has a certain motherly feel to her, as she cares for everyone around her, as already mentioned

Ability list:
Anna has the power to control kinetic energy. Her powers come from orbs she found (not the actual 7 orbs) called Materia, each orb causing a different effect of controlling kinetic energy. When shes them, they kinda fuse with her body, and glow in her arms while she uses them. She can use it to a multitude of results, like:

-Induced Explosions: She can cause things to explode by merely looking at them. The limitations are the time (it takes time the larger it is) and that she has to keep the object or person in sight during that time (meaning, if the person disappears from her field of view or heads for cover, she needs to start over). She calls this effect charging. If she uses physical contact, the charging speed is almost instant. She can control the explosions in ways to create effects like earth waves and air shock waves (by causing controlled explosions at the point she hits). For some reason she can't charge organic matter (like humans) very well at a distance.

-brain control: She can charge kinetic energy in the brain, not for causing explosions but for subtlety altering the though process of a person. She can do things like cause them to fall asleep.

-cryokinesis: By reducing the kinetic energy, she can create ice. She can't manipulate this ice so she needs to direct it before she forms it. Her attacks aren't that strong, mostly just ice spikes and ice waves across the floor to hurt and encase people

-pyrokinesis: Same as the cryokinesis. She needs to direct the flames beforehand as she can't control their trajectory or form. Her flames aren't that powerful but are enough to cause 3rd degree burns.

-electrokinesis: She can create lighting by exciting atoms using kinetic energy. Again, she can't manipulate the lighting so she needs to aim beforehand. She can let out small jolts upon contact that cause paralysis, making it easier to use

-chronokinesis: By controlling the kinetic movement, she can slow time down in a particular area (limit is no linger than 20 feet, more or less). In this area, people travel at a reduced speed. It's unknown if she can completely stop motion.

-flight: By using the kinetic energy on both herself and the environment, she can defy gravity and hoover. Her max speed while flying isn't that high, but she can get around.

-super speed: The opposite of the previous power, she can manipulate her kinetic movement and move at enhanced speeds. He can only reach about half of a speedster's max speed, but it's enough to win over most people. In combination with her time slowing powers, it's enough to beat speedsters. However, using both powers (time slowing and super speed) will tire her out quickly. This speed gives her a certain amount of super strength while actually attacking, as the momentum from the speed powers her attacks. This is the reason she wears her special gloves, as normally punching things like rocks at that speed would injure her

-Healing: By stimulating the cells near injuries she's able to heal herself. She can heal major wounds, but not things like internal injuries or missing limbs. mostly just slashes and cuts that would cause normal people to bleed out.

Internal Shock Wave: She runs up to the target, and with her right palm and left elbow hits him. She then causes minor explosions to run across the opponents body, causing them internal injuries. Damage output depends on the amount of explosions she sets off

Earth Shock Wave: She punches the ground and causes it to explode all around her. Damage output high, but it's not focused so it's easy to dodge if you see it coming

Story: Anna was a normal girl for the most part of her life. When the comet hit however, everything changed.
Her town was one of the first towns to go to hell, so much so that the military was called in. After some weeks and a lot of mayhem, the military camp in the area was attacked by criminals with powers and destroyed. Anna's family were victims of this mass panic caused by the attacks. When the town was left deserted, she ended up finding the remains of the camp, and there, found the weird orbs within a case. The orbs were called Materia. Wondering what they were she put them to the test, and managed to use their powers. She started experimenting with each one she had

After traveling a lot, she ended up in Alpine Woods (it's the name of the place right?). She gained fame for not being messed with, so much so a group of people ended up hiring Izoru to go after her. Izoru didn't do it in the end because he didn't like the idea of attacking a girl for absolutely no reason. He instead ended up telling her what the guys wanted to do, ending with Anna beating the snot out of them, and gaining a crush over Izoru, so much so she decided to follow him around

(introduce her how you want, but her main motivation right now is finding Izoru)

Looks cool. Power in MO are soon going to take a large jump anyway, Izoru, Jet, and Metallic should be enough that you guys would be expecting this. So she shouldn't be overpowered.

And Chu man, never mind if your character is in the story or not. Just read it and have fun. That's the same as saying I won't read and chapters of LOSSJ that doesn't have my characters... or I won't read Raz fanfic on Sly's forum till it includes my characters. It's the story that matters, not what characters are in.

Chu, Anna has the same powers as in the rp, kinetic energy. This women is not using kinetic energy, it's not Anna. Though I should be getting around to Anna fairly soon, I figure it'd be pretty obvious this wasn't her.

He is not like Majin Buu meaning he still gets hurt like a normal person so if you shoot him he can heal but will be in pain for a second also if something is stabbed into his head like a shard of glass he cannot heal. He can regnerate lost limbs.

Aeriel Drop: He grabs his opponent flies in the air and drops them to their deaths.(High)
Aerial Slam: He flies forward grabbing his opponent and flies forward flying them into an object.(Mid)
Aerial Assault: He flies high in the air and than starts to fall towards the ground and slams into his opponent stopping his own fall right before he hits the ground
Aeriel Tornado: He begins to fly around his opponent at super-sonic speeds trapping them in a tornado
Aerial Throw: He grabs his opponent and flies forward and due to the momentum of his flight he uses his strength gained from his current momentum to toss somone into an object as he lands.

Story: Chulance was born and raised in a family of two boys and three sisters. Unlike the rest of his family became interested in martial arts from a young age. As such as he began training, and even entered a dojo when he got to his teenage years. He then decided he would enter a professional tournament, but when he neared the final rounds, he was shot by an opponent he had defeated earlier. He was placed in the hospital, and learned he would never walk again. Once his powers manifested, he met a man named Skye who also manifested an ability, and brought him to a man who could regenerate. After Chulance met the man and gained regeneration. He then set out to find the man who shot him and become the greatest martial artist.
