No need. I've done a summary in the last post. Just read that and your good to go. As for the background...well, let's see, what if you make a character (you need to at least read the rules topic) with a story. Then I'd handle the background in relation to the world. How's that?

No, space manipulation isn't taken. So far this story has;

Mike: Telekinetic/telepathy.
Katy: Water manipulation.
Jake: Portal usage.
Phil: (unnatural power) Manipulates long thin metal wires from his fingertips.
Raz: Super speed/teleportation.
Tanya: Cloning (with speed/teleportation added later)

(Fyi: For both Raz and Tanya teleportation is only short range, like maybe 10 or 15 feet say. Enough to get behind a opponent quickly, that's all.)

Cloyd: Energy (ki) manipulation.
Clay: Shape shift (weapon creation with his arms)
Morph: Shape shift (vehicles.)
Troy: Fire manipulation.
Yamairo: Ice manipulation.
Kiya: Diamond skin/extreme endurance.
Derek: Super strength.
Sly: Electricity.
Harris: (deceased) Enhanced strength/endurance.
John: (deceased) Quickened healing rate.
Jay: Light manipulation.
Jet: Darkness manipulation.

Other chosen ability's are empathic mimicry and metal manipulation.

So that should be the taken ability's so far.

Hair/eyes: Black hair, black eyes(this can change depending on the level of powers he's using)

Clothing: A white shirt and black pants with sandals. I black cloth like the akatsuki ones from Naruto, except without the red clouds
Personality: Normally cold and indifferent and rarely shows emotions, only concerned with the success of his goals. Doesn't get agitated and can think on his feet, granting him a smart tactical mind


Strength level: mid, with very fast speed
Ability list: Izoru possesses a natural power steaming from his families genetics, the first stage of his eyes. The mist altered his already abnormal eyes further to grant him a sort of energy manipulation, but slowly taking away his eyesight due to the strain. He normally has his first stage always active, and only deactivates it after a big fight or extended use of the second stage

The first stage of his eyes, the ones he had from the start, looks like this:


This stage grants him three main abilties.
-First and foremost, it grants him advance clarity of perception, allowing him to easily track his opponents movements and even predict them. This also allows him to track energy patterns, although not to a very big degre
-Second, it allows him a sort of photographic and muscle memory. Anything he sees he can remember and copy. However, he can't copy things he can't physically do. Example: He can't copy other powers because his body doesn't possess them, but he can copy martial arts and physical attacks
-Third and last, by using his first ability, he can put the opponent in a sort of hypnosis, by convincing them he can see the future.

His second eye state looks like this:


This stage grants him a degree of control over energy, which allows the use of three powerful attacks. Two of the attacks are born from a respective eye, while the third is a born from both.
The downside is the strain. The increase in blood flow that this stage entails causes damages the blood vessels, eventually leading to blindness.

Attacks.
His three attacks are the manipulations of energy given by the second stage and adaptations of them:

Tsukuyomi: Used from the left eye, it allows him to use energy to cause a powerful illusion, strong and real enough to leave his opponents in a catatonic state. Stronger wills can fight it, but will succumb eventually. Once one looks into Iz's eyes, they are trapped in the illusion, and given the impression they are tortured for days, with either physical or mental abuse. In reality, only seconds pass in the real world


Amaterasu: Used by the right eye, Iz manipulates energy into undying black flames, which only he can put out using the same eye. The flames are strong enough to burn anything, even other flames, and can't be put out by any other means other than the one already mentioned. This attack causes such strain on Iz's right eye he literally cries tears of blood.
-->Destiny Thread: Instead of a wave of black fire, the first creature to be reflected on Iz's right pupil dies instantly in a combustion of black flames.

->Blaze releases: Iz manipulates the flames of Amaterasu into different forms
--->Blaze Release: Rashoumon - Iz manipulates the black flames into a shield around himself. Anyone that touches it will immediately burn up.
--->Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi - Iz shapes the black flames into spikes to pierce and burn his opponents, as well as protect Iz himself

Susano'o: Iz's final technique. He creates a gigantic warrior of energy, that grants him both protection (as he stands in the middle of it) and allows for massive attacks. He can create varying degrees of it, from just the rib cage from protection, to adding skin, to then adding armor and it's two weapons. It's size is roughly 15 feet
-->Sword: Anything pierced by it will slip into a deep sleep
-->Shield: More of a mirror, it reflects all attacks
Susanoo is also the most dangerous of the three techniques, as it not only damages Iz's eyes, but is body as well, drawing on is vital energy to keep itself manifested and slowly killing him


Story: Izoru was born in a small village in the mountains, where is clan was the leader, due mostly to the powers they naturally had. The closed off village didn't interact much with the outside, hence why this condition and it's abilities were mostly unknown to scientist around the world.
However, and even though they were powerful, the clan was feared by the rest of the village, and Iz was left to grow up alone.
One day, the day of the fall of the meteor, everyone on the village gained powers. Finally, the switch flipped and the villagers took out the decades of fear and resentment on the Sousuke clan. They were all murdered. However, Izoru survived and managed to escape into the surrounding valley. During his escape, he was corned, and just when he was about to be killed, his eyes developed further due to the mist, and he used weird black flames to engulf the entire valley, and the village in death. After experimenting with his new powers, and discovering each attack and also the drawbacks, he decided to name each attack after a deity of the Shinto Religion, Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susano'o

Running away from the mess, he became an assassin and mercenary for hire, killing for the greatest price, while searching for a way not to go blind. One day, Mike reached out to him with a mission: Kill the future invaders of his city. If he did so, he would put all of his research funds into getting his eyes fixed. However, he didn't make it in time for the final battle. He will, however, make it in time for the after match, and only god knows his reaction to the fact his possible cure was destroy in a nuclear attack.

IMPORTANT!!! Remember, his basic power is the normal sharingan. If he uses Mangekyo Sharingan too much, he'll end up blind. Also, I used the naruto terms, but the eyes don't have a name

U sure? Looking at it, it seems overpowered.

It can potentially cause MASSIVE damage, especially the amaterasu, as you can't stop the flames.

But, it's your call. Just keep in mind if he uses the second stage to much, it's blind city

The black flames can't be out out, and the illusions are effing deadly. The giant can be just an energy based giant which grants protection and attack powers at the same time

Other than that, the first stage seems pretty normal. Perception and muscle memory in one, no big deal

BTW, do you know how Tsukuyomi works? It's an illusion. Basically, from the point where you look into his eyes, he can trap you inside your own head, and torture you for what seems like days, but really is only seconds. It takes a lot out of him obviously

A recurring theme in the illusion, whether it be physical mind torture of making the victim relive past experiences in succession, is the red moon present and the distinctive coloring of the world

First, Itachi is torturing Sasuke with the visions of their clans murder...he's sadistic and awesome like that XD
Second scene, it Itachi torturing Kakashi with physical torture, all an illusion of course, but the pain is there none the less. Kakashi is left comatose after this. Funny fact. He said he was gonna torture Kakashi for 72 hours...and then, after all that until the part where all the dead Kakashi's turned into Itachi's, he said only 71 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds had passed...translation, he can affect how the victim senses time and the space as well
